New Update: Version 11.30.0

Update 11.30.0 is here, bringing with it some of the most-requested features! We’ve got Live Arena Friendly Battles, changes to Fusion Events, and a bunch of rebalances for rewards, Gear, and Champions alike. Check out everything that’s coming to RAID in Version 11.30 below!

Live Arena Friendly Battles

11.30 is bringing Live Arena Friendly Battles to RAID! Think of this like your 24/7, no-stakes playground to settle grudges and master new strategies without spending tokens or risking your hard-earned ranking. Whether the regular Live Arena is open or closed, you can sharpen your skills and experiment with team synergies just for the fun of the fight.

You can scrap with your clanmates by heading to the Clan tab and posting an open invitation. If you want to keep the fight private, you can even set up a password so only those who know it can challenge you to a battle. You’ll receive a notification when someone challenges you, and from there you can jump straight into the action.

For rivals outside your Clan, the Challengers tab is your destination. Search for a friend’s username and add them to your Challengers list. Once they’ve added you too, you’re officially linked and ready to start duking it out whenever you’re both online. You can have up to 30 Challengers at any time, making it easy to keep your favourites to hand.

Whenever a challenge notification pops up, you’ll have approximately 30 seconds to either accept or decline before the notification passes. With no resources and no stakes (except bragging rights) on the line, this is the perfect way to fine-tune your teams with zero pressure.

Fusion Champion Change

We’ve also added a feature allowing you to change the target Champion of ongoing Fusion Events. When in the Portal, tap the “Change Champion” button to open up a new window where you can choose a Champion from a previous Fusion or Fragment Event instead of the current one.

To change a target Champion, you’ll need Fusion Tokens which you can earn by completing a Fusion Event without swapping the target Champion. If you did change the target Champion but did not complete the Event for whatever reason, any Fusion Tokens you spent will be refunded.

Note: Champions from the most recent Fusion Events won’t be added to the pool of Champions you can swap to right away. If there’s a Fusion Event coming up with a Champion you really want to get, we recommend going for it!

Classic Arena Platinum Tier Chest Changes

We’ve rebalanced the rewards available from the Top 500, Top 20, and Top 3 Chests players receive for finishing in Classic Arena Platinum Tier. These Chests will now contain Accessories of Epic, Legendary, and Mythical Rarities, Mythical Artifacts, 12 new Avatars (4 per Chest), and 2 new Avatar Frames.

Platinum League Sets Rebalance

Swift Parry

Old version:

4-piece Set: SPD +18%. C. DMG +30%. 50% chance to get Unkillable for 1 turn when hit with a fatal hit

New version:

Variable Set. Equip 1-9 pieces for: +30% C.DMG, +28% SPD, +25% HP, 50% chance of getting an Unkillable buff, 15% less damage on the wearer, +50% Ignore DEF.

Deflection

Old version:

4-piece Set: HP +20%. DEF +20%. 25% chance to deflect 1 debuff onto the attacker when a debuff is placed on the wearer

New version:

Variable Set. Equip 1-9 pieces for: +60 ACC, +32% SPD, 35% chance to deflect any debuff onto the attacker when a debuff is placed on the wearer. Places a Block Debuffs buff on the wearer at the start of the Round. Wearer deals bonus damage proportional to ACC to enemies that block debuffs from the wearer (this damage can remove Total Guard stacks). Ignore DEF effects are 10% less effective (5% for Bosses) for each active debuff placed by the wearer.

Clan Shop Improvement

We’ve tweaked the Clan Shop so that you can now select the amount of items you want to purchase instead of getting them one by one.

Energy Refill Improvement

We’ve also made it easier than ever to refill your Energy by tweaking the window so that you can use several Full Energy items at a time instead of using them one by one.

New Avatar Frames

To help you show off your RAID account, we’ve also added a new Avatar Frame, tied to RAID’s 7th anniversary, to decorate your Profile.

Champion Rebalance

Harvest Jack

[Skill 1 – Harvest of Fear]

Old version:

Attacks 1 enemy 3 times. Each hit has a 25% chance of stealing 1 random buff from the target.

Each hit also has a 25% chance of placing a [Fear] debuff for 1 turn if the target has no active buffs.

This chance increases to 100% if all buffs were stolen from the target.

New version:

Attacks 1 enemy 3 times. Each hit has a 50% chance of stealing 1 random buff from the target.

Each hit also has a 50% chance of placing a [Fear] debuff for 1 turn.

This chance increases to 100% if the target has no active buffs.

[Skill 2 – Dreams to Ash]

Old version:

Attacks all enemies. Places a [Block Buffs] debuff for 2 turns on targets under [Fear] debuffs.

Removes any [Increase ATK] buff from the target and replaces them with a 50% [Decrease ATK] debuff for 2 turns.

Removes any [Continuous Heal] buff from the target and replaces them with a 5% [Poison] debuff for 2 turns. The number of [Poison] debuffs is equal to the number of [Continuous Heal] buffs removed.

New version:

Attacks all enemies.

Removes all buffs from each target. Then places a 50% [Decrease ATK] debuff and a [Block Buffs] debuff on all enemies for 2 turns.

Then grants an Extra Turn.

[Skill 3 – Lord of Terror]

Old version:

Attacks all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing a [True Fear] debuff for 1 turn.

Also places a 30% [Decrease SPD] debuff for 2 turns and decreases each target's Turn Meter by 15% if the [True Fear] debuff is placed.

Has a 75% chance of placing a [Sleep] debuff for 1 turn if the [True Fear] debuff is not placed.

New version:

Attacks all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing a [True Fear] debuff for 2 turns.

Also places a 30% [Decrease SPD] debuff for 2 turns and decreases each target's Turn Meter by 30% if the [True Fear] debuff is placed.

Has a 75% chance of placing an unresistable [Sleep] debuff for 1 turn if the [True Fear] debuff is not placed. Also decreases each target’s Turn Meter by 30%.

Cooldown decreased from 5 turns to 4 turns.

[Skill 4 – Leering Grin [P]]

Old version:

When attacked, decreases the duration of all buffs on the attacker by 1 turn.

New version:

Whenever an ally is attacked, has a 50% chance of decreasing the duration of all buffs on the attacker by 1 turn. Whenever this Champion is attacked, the chance increases to 100%. This Champion is immune to [Fear] debuffs.

Added Aura: Increases Ally ACC in all Battles by 70.


Lugan the Steadfast

[Ascended Skill 1 – Crushing Blow]

Old version:

Attacks 1 enemy. Heals all allies by 25% of the damage inflicted. Places a [Shield] buff on this Champion equal to 10% of their MAX HP for 2 turns.

New version:

Attacks 1 enemy. Heals all allies by 25% of the damage inflicted.

Has a 50% chance of placing a [Stun] debuff for 1 turn.

When counterattacking, will also ignore 20% of the target's DEF.

Damage multiplier increased.

[Skill 2 – Bodyguard]

Old version:

Places a 60% [Increase DEF] buff on this Champion for 3 turns. Also places a 50% [Ally Protection] buff on all allies for 2 turns.

New version:

Places a 60% [Increase DEF] buff, a 50% [Ally Protection] buff, and a [Shield] buff equal to 30% of this Champion's MAX HP on all allies for 2 turns.

[Skill 3 – Mark of Silence]

Old version:

Attacks all enemies. Has an 80% chance of placing a [Block Active Skills] debuff for 2 turns.

New version:

Attacks all enemies.

Has an 80% chance of decreasing the duration of all enemy buffs by 2 turns. Also has an 80% chance of placing a [Block Active Skills] debuff for 2 turns.

Will ignore 25% of each target's DEF if this Champion is under a [Shield] buff.

Cooldown decreased from 4 turns to 3 turns.

Damage multiplier increased.

 [New Skill – Stoic Solidarity [P]]

Whenever an enemy attacks an ally under a [Shield] buff, counterattacks with this Champion's default skill.

The damage inflicted by this Champion increases by 10% for each active buff on allies placed by this Champion.

Improvements and Battle Fixes

- Fixed a bug that caused Galleus Bloodcrest’s Unholy Experiment [P] skill to not block [Sheep] debuffs reflected by an enemy wielding the Wand of Submission Relic.

- Fixed a bug that caused the Draught of Ire Relic to increase the damage of the default skill regardless of whether all other skills were on cooldown.

- Fixed a bug that caused the Rolling Force Gemstone to not add Ignore DEF to AoE-attacks that deal damage to each enemy separately.

- Fixed a bug that caused the Evade effect to not work against certain effects, such as a [Stun] debuff placed by the enemy’s [Stormcall] buff, or a [Debuff Spread] effect.

- Fixed a bug that caused Ugir the Wyrmeater’s Scourge of Dragons [P] skill to activate even if a revive was blocked by another Champion’s skill or by [Block Revive].

- Fixed a bug that caused Solanar the Gleaming’s Blazing Force skill to not block debuffs that usually cannot be resisted or blocked. 

- Fixed a bug that caused Iudex Artor’s Revival Mandate skill to occasionally not activate the revived ally's default skill.

- Fixed a bug that caused Champions under a [Provoke] debuff to skip their turn if the enemy that placed the debuff is under any [Total Guard] stacks.

- Fixed a bug that caused the Master Exploder Siege Trap to place more than one [Bomb] debuff on Champions under a [Stone Skin] buff.

- Fixed a bug that caused [Total Guard] stacks to block the Skip Turn effect from the Chronocube Relic.

- Fixed a bug that caused Siegfrund the Nephilim’s Stay the Blade [P] skill to not activate when receiving fatal damage from Phrygius the Trovemaster’s [Goldplated] layers.

- Fixed a bug that caused Dune Lord Greggor’s  Bestial Yell skill to not activate an [Instant Turn] effect on the ally with the highest C. DMG.

- Fixed a bug that caused the Attacking Prowess Gemstone to activate whenever an enemy was killed with a [Bomb] debuff or any other indirect damage from a skill, such as [Poison] and [HP Burn] debuffs.

- Fixed a bug that caused the game to freeze in the Victory or Defeat window after fighting Phrygius the Trovemaster when tapping on the Phrygius Rewards window.

- Fixed a bug that caused a Champion equipped with Mercurial Gear and under Total Guard stacks to not have buffs removed at the end of their turn by The Collective Relic.

- Fixed a bug that caused the Relic Valkanen's Grasp to occasionally calculate reflected damage incorrectly.

- Fixed a visual bug that caused Champions to turn around in victory at the end of a battle only after the Boss’ death animation had finished.

- Fixed a bug that caused the Hail To The Queen [P] passive skill counter to continue when Queen of Hearts died and was revived, allowing her to gain an Extra Turn upon being revived.

- Fixed a bug that caused Nais the Shadowthief to remain in a “T-pose" animation while using the Blackfeather Barrage skill.

- Fixed a bug that caused Lydia the Deathsiren’s Nullification skill to apply debuffs in the wrong order.

- Fixed a bug that caused a battle to end with an error when Solanar the Gleaming’s Scholar Of Sun [P] skill was activated upon being killed by Predator.

- Fixed an issue that caused Gharol Bloodmaul’s Cornered Animal hidden skill to unlock without the conditions being met.

- Fixed a bug that caused Solanar the Gleaming’s Unfettered Radiance skill to not have its cooldown decreased.

- Fixed a bug that occasionally caused Buildings in Siege to incorrectly appear as though they were destroyed.

- Fixed a bug that caused an error when setting up a Mythical Champion's active skills in the Preset menu after reaching Level 3 of Ascension.

- Fixed a bug that caused some players to encounter an error when claiming rewards across various areas of the game.

- Fixed a bug that caused a visual error in Grim Forest’s Hard Mode Leaderboard where a random player entry was incorrectly displayed in first place.

- Fixed a bug that caused an error to occur when pressing the 'Esc' key during the Quick Battle results calculation and subsequently attempting to start a new battle. 

- Fixed a bug that caused Leshun the Entangled One’s skill audio to play at excessive volumes, even when SFX settings were set to minimum.

- Fixed a bug that caused the red target indicator when battling on Auto to not appear in certain Grim Forest Stages.

- Fixed a bug that caused Quest progress to freeze during the Coalition Event, most notably affecting Quests related to Ascension.

- Fixed a bug that caused the "Select All" button to ignore filtered Artifacts within the Sell tab.

- Fixed a bug that caused summoning animations in the Portal to display incorrectly when the in-game graphics quality was set to Medium or Low.

- Fixed a bug that caused the "Show/Hide Champions used for fusion" filter to incorrectly appear in the pre-battle and Empower Champions windows.

- Fixed a bug that caused players to return to the Bastion while the Siege Defense setup window remained open.

- Fixed a bug that caused Japanese text in the Clan chat to be cut off or not fully displayed. 

- Fixed a visual bug that caused the icons of Champions who had reached Max Level in the Sparring Pit to appear as though they were still in the Sparring Pit even after being removed when in the pre-battle window.

- Fixed a bug that caused a Faction Guardian icon to not appear on a Champion’s icon.

- Fixed a bug that caused the Defeat sound effect to play during the battle results screen even after achieving Victory against Phrygius the Trovemaster in the Grim Forest.

- Fixed a bug that caused the Brew Upgrade pop-up to reset after Background Multi-Battles were completed.

- Fixed a bug that caused the number of Champions displayed for each Faction Group in the Index to be incorrect.

- Fixed a bug that caused Bonus Champions earned in an Extra Legendary Event to display a franchise’s logo if the first Legendary Champion summoned was from an integration.

- Fixed a bug that caused an issue when tapping the "Continue" button in the pre-battle window precisely at the start of the Matchmaking Phase.

- Fixed a bug that caused Tag Team Arena’s Quick Battles to occasionally get stuck on the loading screen.

- Fixed a memory-related issue where the game could crash during long battles against Borgoth the Scarab King in the Doom Tower, particularly on low-RAM devices.
