I had gotten that same error message when I tried to claim "Genbo the Dishonored" today from Prime Gaming.  So I closed out the game and came back to it hours later.  When I tried the code again, it says I already claimed the champion.  Only thing is.....I don't have him!  And it wont let me use the code again.  Uhg!

Help me somebody please.

Trying to access the game but it seems futile. Any idea´s?
