i have the same problem this is crazy they need to fix this 

i uninstall and reinstall PC launcher but nothing change, big freeze since CVC when i whant to upgrade artefacts or food, and sometime at the end of a run.

every time RSL whant to transmit data to server i have freeze 30 sec... 1 minutes some time. 

i have no probleme with phone RSL

Same here. Nothing helps. Plarium play shows logo and few processes hangin around in task manager. Tryed VPN, restart PC, kill processes and restart - nothing helps. Very disappointing and annoying. I had same problems a month ago or so. Reinstalled it few times and oneday it worked. It worked well few last weeks and now same crap. No logs, no errors, no messages to user - nothing. Like a fucking spit in the face. Considering users as idiots, not giving any details, so we can not later provide any details to support.

Did you update it?

If not, I would uninstall and reinstall, get the new version and see if that helps. :)

Since two hours there'll be an error message after five minutes of trying to reach the server. Hopefully help is underway? Sure hope I still get the last five fragments missing....

i have problems starting plarium application to start a game. 

it does not load . 

i uninstalled it , i reinstalled it , i reinstalled net framework 4.8 , even reinstalled directx , cleared any registry entery that mentions plarium delete the folders , reinstalled the plarium client  ,rebooted pc , rebooted modem to change ip adress , nothing happens . 

i can see in the task manager 6 instances of "PlariumPlay.exe" , one "PlariumPlay.exe *32"  , a "PlariumPlayInfo.exe" and "PlariumPlayClientService.exe" 

it stucks to a logo with an animation and nothing more except that it also loads the  tray icon .. 

the tray icon , has the option to close plarium play , witch is the only action that i can do . 

the client seems to notice when there is no internet connection and then the plarium play loads and notifys about the lack of internet connection  .

all the above in a windows 7 x64 operating system , that previously  ,was working fine . 

i think it was after a server maintainance break (no pun intended ) . 

i figure out that it is a connection error  , and using a vpn as stated in the forum many times to help those type of problems, solved the problem .

I have even more issues now.  Played Vikings no problems.  Switched to play Throne and now I need login>no problem attempted login and game refused to allow to play Throne and that was hours ago.  It still refuses to log me in and I've checked by password.  It works otherwise I would not be able to sign in here.  I was having same issue with Plariumplay but then found BlueStacks since I play only on my PC.  I've been lodging complaints for days now.  

Similar problem. Since yesterday I can't play. At first I couldn't just run game (Raid), but now even Plarium Play don't work. It just stuck on loading screen. So I only see a rectancle with logo "Plarium play". I tried to reinstall but, but I can't even reinstall...
