Black screen,but its not crashed, the mouse pointer is the raid one and I can move it, but it never loads.

Hi everyone, TommyB7973 here... I am still getting the black screen issue.

What I have already done:

Asked for help here & in other emails.

Cleared cache.

Uninstalled Plarium & reinstalled Plarium play.

Uninstalled Raid Shadow Legends & Re-installed Raid Shadow Legends three times now.

Please help I have been unable to assist my clan for a week & I earned level 63 over many months.
