I did as phaedxen suggested, but there was no file - maybe because I reinstalled it. So I deleted the folder and made a new folder with same name. It still does not work.
I did the same, there is no file in that folder. I'm done looking for fixes. I've paid enough money to this company for them to fix there own stuff.
The same issue here. BattleJournals is empty and game still crashes. reinstalling the game or plarium play doesnt help neither
It worked for me....try it this way.

Another way to get there is to open a finder window:
Click on the "Go" menu, while it is visible press and hold the "option" key.
This will add a selection about 1/2 way down called "Library"
Click on Library and it will take you to the Hidden Library folder that contains the path:
~\Application Support\ com.plarium.raidlegends\BattleJournals\
I only had one file in this folder, after deleting the file RAID is Running!!!!

Thank you. This worked, for some reason if you paste the path it does not take you to the correct Libary folder. Doing it this way goes to the correct folder.
It still shows the same problem even after the update. Very disappointing...
Finally, I reinstalled the MacOS itself, and it's now working.
