Me too. RAID opens an then crashes. Ervery time I want to start it on macOs Monterey

I downloaded an update for plarium play. Now, I cannot open the game. I try to downlaod the app on a different computer, and I get an error about the version of the computer. I try to open the app on the previous computer (game upgraded computer) and I get this long error msg. Have not been able to open game for weeks now. Please advise.

I also was prompted to update. Was stuck at 79% for about 20 minutes. Then was stuck on black plarium play screen. Finally after about 45 minutes total everything started working.

Plarium Play is not downloading, even the website is loading for several minutes... Please, is there any solution?

The same error shows on PC (windows)

Run as Administrator when doing the download, this bypasses any security software preventing download.

Plarium won't install. Keeps telling me to reinstall Plarium, but the same things keep happening. Help!!!!

Can anyone help me installing Plarium Play in Windows 11? I appriceate it when you help me (i have a HP PC with Intel Core i5 8th Generation)

PLARIUM PLAY BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING

Basic things to try:

1. Turn off PP from tray
2. delete the folder StandAloneApps from C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\PlariumPlay\StandAloneApps
3. delete the file gamestorage.gsfn from C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\PlariumPlay
4. launch PP again and reinstall the game

More steps to try:

If you're having issues with game not running correctly (crashes/freezes/unable to launch the application) when using the PC version, try some of the following troubleshooting:
- Go to Settings > System preferences > and select Reset Cache
- Uninstall the Plarium Play application, manually delete the remaining folders if they exist, then restart the PC and re-install
Folders to delete:
  C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Plarium
  and
  C:\Users\user\AppData\LocalLow\Plarium
- Look into your Running Processes in the Task Manager and see if there are any duplicate processes of Plarium Play running. If they are, kill all of them and try to re-launch the application
- Make sure you have the following version of Visual C++ installed: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe- Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date by checking at the official website of your graphics card manufacturer
- Switch from Unlimited FPS to 30/60FPS

If you're still having an issue:

Please grab the log files you can find here BEFORE RESTARTING as this will nullify the log:
PlariumPlay\StandAloneApps\raid\log.txt
Then submit a support ticket with those logs. 

Also it was suggested you make sure there's no virus protection software on the new PC that is blocking the install somewhere in the background. 

same here, stuck at 5% for days....what's happening here?? disabled virus protection, performed disk clean up, re started and still the same....and to think, this is a new PC, 11th Gen Intel i5-11400 @ 2.60GHz 64 bit.

plarium play install stuck at 1 percent it wont go any further windows 7 tried clearing reg rebooting all that it wont work

ive been playing raid for months i have a new computer and got rid of the old one im scared im not going to b able to transfer my account either

I had the fatal error after mainenance well.  I cant re-install raid, but as you see, I can still comment here. yikes!

have you tried uninstalling, clearing cache/all instances of Raid data on your device?

I just bought a new Chromebook Computer not realizing that your game only woeks on windows 10 and up, my computer runs on Chrome and when I tried to load the game ir told me that this software is not supported. Can someone tell me if theres anything that can be done or if Im going to be relagated to playing my beloved game on my tiny screened phone. BOO HOO
