Hello,
I am having troubles install the Plarium play because it is stuck on 5%.
What I did:
cleared registry, changed DNS, deleted everything connect with the game and its still won't install.
Also for some reason I can not use it on my phone either I did delete the game, cleared cache and tried to re-install and nothing..
Please need some assist.

Did you tried with fresh windows install ? Its possible something application prevent to install.
I had the same problem... antivirus judged raidsetup as malicious and I cannot install by any means... and it's obvious that I will not install a fresh windows and add any antivirus exception....
same thing is it plarium itself mine was after maint. then it was fucked up so i uninstalled now this
and what do we do if the installer just refuses to even run??
Do you have enough space on the drive?
Full installation is quite beefy and it is missleading how much space you need in the installation interface. (Note that this is with both client and raid installed, but I imagine even client on its own might require a bit more space than indicated)
Raid wouldn't update so I followed the forums advice and uninstalled so that I could do a fresh install. Been stuck at 5% for about 4 hours. Is there a fix for this or could be a known windows 10 bug?
I had the issue with not being able to enter the game, ie it would not load. So I deleated the game and palarium play completly. Now it will not install palarium play.

the installer dosent even show up for me i put virus program to halt during the time but no result does anyone have a solution for this i tried the plarium play setup and the sparta setup i restarted the pc many times between but no solution

I have a simallar problem. I resently bought a new laptop and it has the lastest virsion of windows but the game doesnt recognize it??? i get a msg it needs windows 7 or newer

Hi, I am having the same problem where installer is stuck at 5%. How can I solve this problem as I am unable to access my accounts. The browser appears to be very slow on my laptop so plarium app was best solution for my gaming experience. Can I please get help

Shared experience. Imprisoned at 5% from start till now. An easy, working quick fix would be beautiful. Understsanding why the process is delaying and dawdling would be very appetizing.
On my own thought, tried a different link to the browser, switched to that of Plarium Play's homepage instead of the one associated with Raid. It really has made no difference. The same 5% lock is ongoing.
Admittedly, my impulses are yelling out that it's just something that needs some time, and that time will resolve it. I'll just let it sit there and gather for a few days, and see if it goes anywhere, anywhere else at all.
Still: 5% lock on installation has me bothered. May simply be on being spoiled with reasons to never notice my own impatience.

It was my impatience after all. I gave the program plenty of time to do its thing. It worked, the program is installed.

Rather frustrated., I've never played any of these games, but after dling the plarium installer, and clicking on it to install (as admin) all I get is a small box with 3 orange dots, it never gets any farther. Why is this?
