i just installed an "Free" VPN that will do the trick. Proton VPN
it will only have 3 locations on the Free version but you only need one. :)
You can also download VPN with pay, several of those give you a free test period.

Same here Copenhagen denmark.. I even reinstalled my whole pc, still the same. So its not a user error but a Plarium one

Running Win 11 Pro (Fully updated) from Denmark.
Tried a reinstall, and on a new PC, same problem.
VPN removes the symtom, but is not a fix ofc.

This could mean that there are some ISP's in Denmark/Sweden that are having trouble with Plarium Play,
this is just a thought thought, since I got different ISP's for Mobile Data and wifi.

I downloaded Proton VPN for free and got it working. For today atleast. Iam not going to pay for a vpn to play a game.
I live in Ontario Canada and been having log in issues. I am using Windows 11 on pc
all that comes up when I click on Plarium play is a black logo screen.
Have the same issue. Dowloaded a VPN yesterday and it worked. Today its not working again. So a VPN do not fix the problem.
*Update* Downloaded a another VPN and deleted the cache and now its working again. Until tomorrow i guess....

Where is that official response from?
I highly doubt this is a ISP issue, why on earth should all ISP in Denmark and Sweden suddenly block Raid traffic? and all at the same time? it even works from Ipad etc, the only problem is windows computers?
Any news regarding this issue? Quite a few players still cant access the game, and some update would be nice.

There's some important news that we want to share - last week, we informed you all about personal rewards being a part of all the December CvCs. However, flexible as we are, we changed our mind seeing that many of you aren't exactly fans of this decision. The CvC that will be held on December 20-21 will not feature personal rewards.
On a separate note, we know that many players from Sweden, Denmark, and some other countries have been experiencing problems with the black screen showing upon the Plarium Play launch. The preliminary investigation has shown that this is happening due to problems on the side of the local ISP providers. For now, as a workaround, we recommend using available VPN services. However, we are in the process of investigating this issue further to see if there is anything we can do here. Thanks a bunch for your patience with this.
