I'm losing at least 100 energy a day because of this issue, absolute joke, I definitely won't be spending any more of my hard earned cash on this broken game.
Even your forums are now full of Korean spam and your rewards for this event are terrible..... sort it out...
Well, things getting out of control it seems. Promised fix didn't happened. Personally, I have big grind feast today. Gathered nice chunk of supplies and free time to do it. And guess what? 12 crashes so far! What your advice? Should we stop playing till it fixed, just to prevent any more loss? How much Plarium is ready to loose on that? Plenty of people's spending their money here and wasting some portion of it because faulty service. I would like to have clear: should I trust that we going somewhere and all of my time and money invested into game I like are in vain and if I really wanna something worth that I should go somewhere else?
Fix the game and/or fix the bill. Please.

Thank you for this information! I really hope that is something more efficient then last week promised fix. So far, connection of this issues to Download Booster comes as missed. At least in my case. i am using two devices to play and both of them never had any booster on.
Announcing 1.7.2 also mean that term "Very soon" mean weeks in Plarium slang ;). Been rater expecting that fox would came with 1.8 because of other info from moderators in different topic. situation is even worse than before last update,which should fix loading screen...
game details are not maxed,setings at 30 fps,graphic high...and ofc connected with plarium account...
Game crashes way too many times on my Samsung S7! And now I lost a key to the Clan Boss!!! And then surely lost a greater chest as reward. Not to mention all the energy lost over the last weeks. I'm talking 1k+ energy. It becomes alot when you grind on Brutal and high levels in Dungeons.

I’m going to hold on for this next patch. Same crap as all of you is happening to me (iPhone Xmax). They have compensated for loss in the past, I assume and hope they will again. Until then, no more energy purchases which sucks, but I won’t waste more money if it doesn’t get resolved.

Game worked perfectly until i updated ios to 12.3.1
Now game is unplayable. Crashes every other dungon/campaign run. Still works on my android phone though.
This is happening to me as well on an iPhone XS Max. 10+ clan boss keys, 2000+ energy and at least 20 arena coins. It blows my mind that this is happening so often.
