I have the same problem. Happened to me right after update. Looks just like the picture. "Unable to load resources". It works on BlueStacks. It also works if I make a new game. It just wont load my account on my phone..... No idea what to do. Looks like no one cares. The memory and internet answers were really dumb. 

They got around to sending me another message and said the developers are investigating the problem.. so hopefully they find something. Until then they gave me a link to play it on PC 

My game won't work on any phone or bluestacks.. it's definitely a plarium issue. I even tried new account and it still wouldn't work..

I have 87 load on resources, I've uninstalled and load this game 14 times but it never gets any further. Does anyone have any suggestions please? I contact help but they just say they'll contact the game administrators and close my ticket.

So I found the issue with mine. NOTE 9 . I turned off my download booster the phone comes preinstalled and everything works fine now . Game loads up no issues  have been playing for 5+ days now no issues 

YOU SOLVED IT! I disabled download booster and I can finally load the game as well! You, good sir, are my new best friend.

I'm also getting the same error, they emailed me back and just said make sure you have enough memory... lolol obviously thats not the issue but I'm here for any updates anyone has on the game! Would actually like to play it lol

OH..  MY... GOD!!! THAT SOLVE WORKED FOR ME TOO!!!I have been trying everything I could think of from trying to sideload to trying to run in safe mode and it was as simple as hitting a switch. Well done my friend... Well done...

Can't even get past tutorial. Little download symbol in the corner stuck at 7%

I have a note 9 but no download booster. Is that carrier specific? I'm with AT&T

Cleared apps cache and deleted its files, game started right up Galaxy Note 9

Same Problem, but on an PC, not able the play the game, because of unable to load part of the ressources. Reinstall did not fix the problem.

How to fix this error ???
