Looks like the same issue here, someone has taken control of my account, 2 days and no reply from plarium support.
user was 309blink (or blink309 not sure how it came up in game)
on a side note it looks like you can simply change the email your account is associated with from the profile page. This is why when everyone logs back in it looks like their account has been reset, because their original account isn't associated with their email anymore so the system makes them a new one. This is a TERRIBLE account security issue. How is there not even a verification email sent to the original email to confirm an account change like that?
