Also lost my account  loged in a few days ago and it said to create new password did and it locked me out of original account and started a new account at level 1, Second day got a reponse  to give game name or ID # sent screen shot. 3rd day not resolved no reponse back yet .  Have tickets out on this. It's a gut punch to think I can lose a level 60 account that I never missed a day of sign on until this happened. Hope for the best.
