It's been over 3 days and I have not received any further feedback.
I don't like that when I log into the game using my email I get someone else's game account, and knowing that someone is logging into my account.

My account is gone it started on a new acc.
I am having a similar issue here. I was playing the game fine two days ago, and then when I logged in yesterday, games said the email associated with my Plairum account does not exist. The game then asked to me to created a new account which restarted the ENTIRE game for me. Can someone please help me gain access to my old account, thanks.

i tried to login withfacebook and i could enter but was logged out again.i saw the email associated with my account.

Also lost my account loged in a few days ago and it said to create new password did and it locked me out of original account and started a new account at level 1, Second day got a reponse to give game name or ID # sent screen shot. 3rd day not resolved no reponse back yet . Have tickets out on this. It's a gut punch to think I can lose a level 60 account that I never missed a day of sign on until this happened. Hope for the best.
