Got the same issue except still not able to play. During "Signing In" stage I immediately receive error popup with "Re-log in" and "Support" button.
Details below buttons say something about CmdException/BuildRequest/Executing resulting in TargetInvocationException/NullReferenceException.
Guess we'll have to wait till Apple approves fixed app version?
