Im in your exact same boat man. No clue what's going on, no responses to both of my tickets. I saved my sacreds and now I'm gonna miss this dam 2x probably.

With the new patch I was prompted to update the app on my phone. I did so, and then was thrown into the tutorials for a new account >_<. The game does not require one to connect accounts to your plarium I'd, and so I never did on my main account. Now I can't get back in and support is down. Please help.

Can’t log in as so many others can’t by account is logged to Facebook only I can’t access it this is a simila4 complaint to so many others pls address us

I can’t contact support endgame it looks like it’s opening and then force closes I can’t do anything in game so what do we do to fix this

My account is linked with Facebook account but I cant still login in second day The login Progress is stuck in One quarter of the loading screen and that's it

My phone automatically updated the latest update and I haven't been able to log in all day. My game cut out halfway through a clan boss run so I'll have now lost that key plus I've lost a lot of time to get the current dungeon divers event completed. Please rectify ASAP

Got the same issue except still not able to play. During "Signing In" stage I immediately receive error popup with "Re-log in" and "Support" button.
Details below buttons say something about CmdException/BuildRequest/Executing resulting in TargetInvocationException/NullReferenceException.
Guess we'll have to wait till Apple approves fixed app version?
UPD: to my surprise uninstall/reinstall actually solved the issue
