Sorry but we don't have an option here to reset your connection. I suggest to contact directly the Raid: Shadow Legends Support to reset the old connection.
My problem is that I connected my Prime account to the player ID before creating Plarium ID. When signed in with Plarium ID I've lost old player ID with linked Prime account to it. Now I can't connect Prime account to the Plarium ID profile beacause I'm getting error message "This Prime account is already linked to other Raid account." - which is my old, lost, Player ID.
