Having the same issue once I created a Plarium account. Submitted ticket too, but only received an automated response so far. Bit concerned to see the forum is filled with similar posts. Did anyone get this resolved?
Update: Following up on my own question, Yes, Plarium was able to get my game back for me. It took 4 days, but I'm finally back in game.
Hi, my ingame user was 0xMiguelx0, today my account has ben reset to new account, yesterday I was playing on my old account that is lvl 54, and everything was good, but today I did enter the same plarium ID, but it is a new account lvl 15 with another name "Delf1n", so somehow someone has get my account and I did get yours, I did lost my Battle Pass + 3 months playing, and all I get from plarium is a reply of linking my account to gmail or facebook, life if I haven't done it 3 months before

Just lost my account I message details on In game support page via Id48251872 kindly refer and get back to me please. Thanks for making such a addictive game. And please state that on the game page if not link platinum ID with fb or appple Id we can’t retrieve the data anymore.

Like many of the above, I lost my account to Stormfall, Age of War. A storm here caused a power failure while playing, and I am unable to return to where I was; I go back ro the beginning of game.
Hi, my in game user name is Freedomsfate. I was able to log in the morning to run my dailies. After the gym, on my ride home I tried to play raid. When I hit the app it prompted me to accept terms. I thought it was because of all the rolling updates. It took me to the beginning intro of the game, aka created a new account. I tried logging in to my account and it said my password was incorrect. When I got home I tried to log using my PC, I was logged out, and the plarium client had no record of me ever playing. I tried resetting my password but all it did was reset the new accounts password. I am connected with plarium, google play, Facebook, and amazon.
I submitted tickets from both my phone (samsung galaxy s10, t-mobile) and my home desktop, but am currently still not able to connect. I also left a comment on Chosens video from this evening Sunday Febraury 16th to see if he had pull to help get this resolved.
Is there anyone else that can help? I'm def a die hard fan and this is excruciating!
