'i try to connect my account to id plarium, but, my game begin àt thé start when i try. So il lost my account and i wasn' t connect to id plarium

Now, i connect my New account (with the same id i think) to id plarium

But i want my old account back

Hi, I didn't know where else would be the best place to post this. I have lost my old account. I bought a new phone yesterday and had to reinstall all my apps when I downloaded Raid I didn't realise I thoughf i had saved it to my facebook in the past and turns out I was wrong. So after going back to my old phone real quick to try and connect it to my Favebook to transfer over I had started myself back at the start.

So I logged into my plarium account on my game (iphone), then it froze, and would log in.  When I shut the app down and then re-loaded, all my game data was gone.  And I was going through the beginning game sequence.  Invested way to much into this game - dont get me wrong, I love this game but I will not start from level one after all that I had acquired.

PLEASE Help.  

I created a plarium account to link to my account and it linked to a starter account. Now I am unable to log into my account. It is only letting me log into the starter account. I need some help getting my account back. 

can I get my old account back in some way? while I did not have internet access I uninstalled the game and when I had the internet I reinstalled it. after starting the game I had the initial tutorial and a new account. probably not secured that. can i do something about it? My name is Smerdek I had a gold pass I already had 2 heroes from it: Stag Knight and Ursine Icecrusher. on avatar I had kayel. My profile is not save propably.

Having the same issue once I created a Plarium account. Submitted ticket too, but only received an automated response so far. Bit concerned to see the forum is filled with similar posts. Did anyone get this resolved?

Update: Following up on my own question, Yes, Plarium was able to get my game back for me. It took 4 days, but I'm finally back in game.

Hi, my ingame user was 0xMiguelx0, today my account has ben reset to new account, yesterday I was playing on my old account that is lvl 54, and everything was good, but today I did enter the same plarium ID, but it is a new account lvl 15 with another name "Delf1n", so somehow someone has get my account and I did get yours, I did lost my Battle Pass + 3 months playing, and all I get from plarium is a reply of linking my account to gmail or facebook, life if I haven't done it 3 months before
