Yes, I have reached out to Kiwi and Jonathan on discord, and posted a ss of both the error and ban message.

Just had exactly the same issue, banned for a bug. Have sent support note, but I don't have discord. Was frustrating enough not being able to complete my arena battles without this...

I would certainly hope some form of compensation is forthcoming for people affected by this.

Only need 2 more days for the monthly legendary shard and 5 week login bonus.

i was banned to with reason invalid battles after getting kicked in arena a few times.

i messaged sezzy on discord and he responded within 10 min and my problem is solved now.

If you banned with "invalid battle" reason first dont use Eviscerator  the second send me your in game id or screenshot from your ban screen.

I heard of the this problem i had before it happend thought haveing 2 accounts was no big deal but now im getting banned for a nother account i go on spare time cant go on main or alt or even make a new one just says banned till may 05/04 2047 26 days before my birthday ive not gotten any real helpful moderators in discord and have the time im being called a cheater or let it go ive spent money i was so close to be getting tormin the cold and could not play the entire day lost out on a epic i needed to fuse. Well please get back to me my login was kinggucci97 plz plz be a great help @ raid
