Re-Login Support Error!!!....What’s up with this? I don’t want to start over I spent. ALOT of money on my characters. If I lose them then I will never play the game & u will lose my money?

I got in for a few minutes and back to the same error.
I know the error has to do with the account since I can log in using a different account on the same devices. PC and Android
This has been going on for the last 8 hours that I have been awake.
In that time I have missed clan keys that refreshed, my xp booster has expired, and lets not forget the energy that would have accumulated. VERY frustrating.

This is disgusting. 10 hours later and cannot get into the game.
I sent several support requests with nothing but automated responses and no other response.
On discord at least they admitted to a problem but no feedback since.
I am disgusted at the lack of support from Plarium.

Same.. Uninstalled then re-installed. Still no joy. I have to run as administrator just to get the launch screen to stay. Can log in, but that's it... Game won't launch at all.
