same here even tried reloading the game no contact on email either what is happening?

I have a brand new Vanilla (Visa), GIFT CARD with $400 on it and the game is not accepting this.  I have been using the same type card for the last 3 years without incident & now will not accept?  Why?

dthorne04, I have always been able to go to my store and purchase anything without any problems. All of a sudden when I try to purchase something now I get a notice that in order to be able to buy it I have to go to my web page and open my default browser.   I am not very good at this computer age, but I would appreciate any info if you can help me. Thank you! 

The browser popping up is fine and is fairly normal. Can just make your purchase from there. 

I know this is an old post, but I am now running into the same issues...I have purchased offers from the store in the past with no issues before but suddenly i cannot.  i get to the ofers just fine, but when I click the button, nothing happens...There are some offers I really want to purchase...help?

Could you elaborate on the issue? What device/platform are you on? You get the offers page but when you try & buy it's non responsive?

i play on PC through steam, never had any issues purchasing before and the steam wallet says it's still good to go...the only thing that is unresponsive is the yellow button that i have to push in order to make a purchase.

i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but still the purchase option is unresponsive

still not able to do anything over a week later, guess I'll stop playing

it is always on the yellow button that displays the price.  I can interact with every other option and select every other thing on my screen.  I can see offers but I cannot actually purchase them.  it is extremely frustrating and I guess its my fault for not playing on mobile or through plaruim first.  I just want to enjoy the game and occasionally purchase the offers so I can keep up with other players...

Odd, part of me wonders if this is a Steam related issue. Either software side or perhaps you have something blocking the option for a purchase pop up in settings. 

as far as I can tell it is not becasue i have made purchases in the past and in other games, but I will look into this

I'm hopeful it's just a setting or something similiar within Steam but if it isn't please check back and I'll try to further look into it. 

Same issue I am having with steam.  Have bought items before no problems. Now unresponsive for both store and pass.. tried buying elite pass shows avaible dates goes back to yellow button to buy. Never opens store to purchase. Shop items same thing yellow button does not open a thing up any more.. there is ine difference other platforms purchase button shows how many palarium points you get from purchase.. on steam button does not show that. Sorry files to large to show the pics of this.. but palarium and epic show palrium points gained if you buy steam account one does not..
