Hi there I bought the ancient shard pack for 4.99 but didn't receive it the game froze and I had to restart it. It was 5 shards and 200000 silver.

I just purchased the rookie package for .99cent and did not receive my items I realized it when I went to click the blue shard and I hit summon and it charged me the price in silver so I wasted the money and the silver, I'd would like my silver back and the items i paid for. Someone please help me out on how to speak to someone about this issue. I have the purchase receipt.
