i have tried for 7 straight days to open plarium play nothing works please fix

the fix just update your windows

Dois-je changer pour une version NET Framework 4.5.2?

the new PlariumPlaySetup.exe with Digital Signature Date Wednesday, ‎3 ‎August, ‎2022 9:37:02 PM and RaidSetup.exe with Digital Signature Date ‎Wednesday, ‎3 ‎August, ‎2022 9:36:44 PM probably fix most if not all the current issue, but users still need to uninstall and reinstall both Plarium Play Client and Raid: Shadow Legends PC.

the problem i'm having is an unknown software exception (0x0434352). i've tried various net frameworks, but all failed.
