I have the exact same problem. Stuck at 10/13 when i should have all 13. Spend alot of extra potions trying to figure out which faction did i miss.
I want my wasted potions back.

Bumping the thread. Also not making any progress while spending pots on Champs that will be consumed for food. Very frustrating when you pay to be able to take advantage of the battle pass just to find out that you're not going to have to grind more dungeons (when they open up) and waste more energy. Hard to compete in a tournament and event when you have to waste your resources.

Same )-: only showing 3/13 and I've done all of them - even Banner Lords twice with different Champions as a test and still not credited ... HUGE waste of potions & energy / time spent collecting them.

I did all 13 but the max amount you can complete seems to be 11/13.

Same here. I am stuck on 12/13 and thought that I missed one so I ascended 13 new ones, all for nothing.
Waste of resource. They should compensate us for this

Same here I did all 13 twice and I made sure that I did... I made list. Please fix that I took a lot of time to collect all potions and silver to ascend not to mention we paid money to get that pass and it doesn't work

Same here. I wrote them all down to keep track. I ascended one champion from each faction. Should be 13/13, but only shows 5/13. I think it only counted my epic champions, as I ascended 5 epics, 7 rares, and 1 uncommon. However, challenge does not specify...simply states 1 champion from each faction.
1. Banner Lords: Knight-Errant (epic)
2. High Elves: Interceptor (rare)
3. Sacred Order: Relickeeper (epic)
4. Barbarians: High Katun (epic)
5. Orgryn Tribes: Bellower (rare)
6. Lizardmen: Slasher (rare)
7. Skinwalkers: Reinbeast (epic)
8. Orcs: Twinclaw Disciple (rare)
9. Demonspawn: Incubus (uncommon)
10. Undead Hordes: Arbalester (rare)
11. Dark Elves: Eviscerator (rare)
12. Knight Revenant: Whisper (epic)
13. Dwarves: Runic Warder (rare)
I'm sure they're aware and working on it, after all, the weekly challenges are only available to those of us who paid real money for the gold battle pass, so it would behoove them to do so.
I for one will not waste any more potions. Can anyone else confirm it only worked for their epic champions? I don't even have an epic for each faction.

I have also ascended 2 champions and kept checking to see if it was registering in battle pass but I'm still seeing 0/13.

Have exactly the same issue just ascended apocathary and it hasnt counted for the weekly battle pass challange, also the support screen in game never loads !

Same problem for me did all 13 got 10 did all 13 again still got 10 tried different characters for a 3rd try guess what my progression was.......... yip still 10/13
