I have a similar problem, I got the skill books but no greater potions in the last Amazon loot drop.
They are there now. Cool.

I also still have the same issue. Did NOT receive greater potions from amazon promo.

I reported the problem here, they instructed me to open it through the game support, I did it and nothing was resolved.

I am having trouble with amazon account and raid I have Amazon Prime but whenever I click on the content to collect it it knocks me off my amazon account and says I don’t have Amazon Prime .
