So should I buy Ukko 1star for 20?  Doesn't seem like a great idea to buy any more 1star... 

is much more then 4 months, yesterday i run 12 keys and get 12 silver essence and 3 gold essence, they need to cut off this mortal coin on the floor 15 to be viable. 12 key and energy to get this number of essence is a joke.

It's ... not. You can feel free to look at how I did my calculations. Of course it's very possible I made a mistake in my math, but if so, point out where that math is incorrect.

Don't just say "my limited sample size experience proves you are wrong". 

As an aside - if you used 12 keys and got 12 Immortal Soul Essence (ISE) and 3 Eternal Soul Essence (ESE), you should consider yourself *super* lucky. Your Expected Value (EV) of ISE is about 4.56 from those 12 keys, and your EV of ESE is about 0.96. So you got about three times your EV in rewards.

There is error in calculation which isn't considering transfer between Immortal Coins (IC) and Immortal Soul Essence (ISE). If you get roughly 1000 Mortal Coins (MC) daily from twins, then in 10 days you'll have 10 Mortal Soulstones (MS). Pulling 10 MS = 200 IC. 1 ISE is in shop for 50 IC. So in 10 days you'll only have 4 ISE.

So 

2* split soul (2 000 IC) - 100 days

3* split soul (6 000 IC) - 300 days

4* split soul (15 000 IC) - 750 days

It's without considering how much ISE you'll get from twins or how many IC you'll get from selling souls.

Trip, I think you posted this in our clan discord, but since I am here I will ask, how or when do these split souls come up?

Do you have to buy a 1* perfect soul in market, or get via soulstone with a certian level awakening on a champ first, then you have a chance for a split soul to appear in market?

That calculation is included already in my math. The column "EV as ISE" takes the EV column for the IC rows, and divides it by 50. These are then added to the EV per day of ISE value. 

You have to awaken champ before split souls appear, at least that is how i think it works 

So how exactly you'll get more than 20 Immortal Soul Essences from 6 twins runs which will give you approx 1 000 Mortal coins? This makes no sense. For 20 ISE you need to have 1 000 Immortal coins.

Okay. I adjusted my numbers. And they are now terrible. I completely retract my original statement indicating that they were reasonable. These are just insane.

You can kinda see how important unlucky pulls are to Plarium's bottom line lol. Not that we didn't know that they are (nature of a gacha game), but we can see the actual value between price for getting what you want and rolling the dice. 

For now, the plan is to use essences to fully awaken Coldheart or get an occasional one-star souls for Brimstone. As for Epics and Leggos, seems like rolling the dice with soulstones is a much more feasible plan than chasing specific awakenings. 

I say regardless of the math, still best use of 120 energy/day.  Unequivocally!

What does fully awakening CH accomplish? And how much does that cost? 

I agree on the occasional 1star for brimstone, and just rolling the dice once/day with the 1000 coins.

Oh no question I will - my comments are more in reference to the marketplace specifically. After re-doing the math, it seems more that the marketplace was a pre-emptive way for Plarium to respond to people saying they want to be able to sell the souls they collected but have no use for. Their primary intention is for people to summon souls, and not to buy them.

A small part of it is the Hero's Soul blessing for Spider.

A bigger part of it is that I probably won't accumulate enough essences to fully awaken Epic or Legendary champions anytime soon.

Basically, it boils down to I'm not buying essences, and I'm not waiting to accumulate enough to ascend Epics and Leggos. And since I can't spend them on anything else, I'll use them to awaken a rare, like Coldheart...in a nutshell. 

I will still spend 120 energy too, but not waste any gems on it.

I am also going to stop buying one stars from the store.
