No, it's absolutely not worth 150 gems to open 6 more levels 1 cycle sooner.... unless you plan on spending 150 gems/day to double farm on a regular basis anyways.  That seems rich for my blood 

Meeeehhh. I have 18k gems. Using 150 gets me to test out level 15 next week instead of waiting an extra week. Small price to pay :)

Depends on how many gems you have. A huge stockpile changes the math, doesn't it? XD XD

As soon as we know the specifics can a Mod post a list of the total resources we will need?  Other than silver, i should be in good shape.  

Also, Hydra is back burner for me.  There is no urgency for this champ.  But, if I miss him now, will I regret it later?

So it'll kick off with Ice Golem tomorrow, then champion chase on the weekend (could also be summon rush)

The full schedule will be released when the update drops.

If I was a betting girl, I'd expect Ice Golem, Dungeon Divers and a Summon Rush to kick things off.

Likely 3-4 hours.  

Its a fun 3-4 hours for me.  I like the surprise of what shards might bring.  Even with sporadic rare, I can pull someone to help in FW and for faction guardian.
