He needed a nerf tbh, on the other hand if you call that buffing pyxniel, she still isn't coming out of anyone vaults
Yeah there's no question he needed nerfing. An epic champ that can solo dragon 25 in a minute and a half is just silliness. The only alternative would have been to change boss design, and that affects far more than just one broken champ.
This not only kills my best carry but also my best team. I was using uro and zavia and a poison explode comp. This affects my dragon, clan boss, fireknight and even spider teams. I am not end game, so spending weeks to make this comp for it to be ruined doesnt just hurt urogrim but my overall team synergy and experience.
Drop the a1 to 15% chance on triple hit, lower a2 heal to 25% and leave a3 alone. Not like uro was used anywhere in pvp. Nobody complaining about these nerfs was using them to solo dragon 25. If you can solo dragon 25 you already have speed clear teams and crazy gear. Uro is a progression champ which is why so many went all in for them.
I didnt have him, but i rely on brogni heavily in lots of areas in the game, and by imagining him nerfed into the ground i can imagine how you guys feel.
I dont know if he was broken before the nerf, but if so then it seems to me they need to playtest more before releasing these so that drastic nerfs are not required further down the road.

There's a pretty key difference between Brogni and Urogrim. Brogni is legendary.
The only equivalently powerful epic champ I can think of is Seer, and to be totally honest, she's pretty OP as well. I consider myself a late-game player, and the fact that I am actively hoping to get Seer *instead* of pretty much any void lego is a sign of how strong she is.
seriously, if you nerf the a1 maybe....or on the a3 either the CD or the number of buffs... but like this, urogrim became pretty much useless ... he's still a void epic...we all invested into this guy and would never had with this mediocre kit now.... you develop and play test everything.... fix stuff like this before you release it.... everything gets buffed... but to everyone who got lucky in the last weeks.... we have a big middle finger and we are going to nerf this one guy completely......this is just not fair and you either need to undo this nerf or give us a possibily for a complete ressource refund.... this is by far the most massive nerf of a single champ, completely crippling him.... this cannot go unadressed and needs to be a massive topic for the developers.
and by the way urogrim is not nearly as broken, as a seer for example...
I think people are not doing the math correctly. If you calculate it you will see that urogrim is STILL as efficient in killing bosses as BEK, in fact slightly more efficient. The main difference is that BEK has more survivability.
Even if they refunded chickens, books, etc. (they won't), this wouldn't make up for the clan boss teams that he was in and need to be remade. I hope that at the least, they could not increase the cooldown of his A3, as it was already nerfed TWICE with this change, alongside his a1. This is the type of change that makes you reconsider spending money or even participating at all in this game or with this company.

well said, obviously i was a bit frustrated writing my post first but you hit the nail on the head. The 1 thing i really would like to see if someone from the company acknowledge the amount of money they have gained off this 1 champion, and just act apologetic in any way at all. We all now have a maxed out champ that if someone gets now will never see the light outside of the vault or food for other champs
Urogrim was over-tuned. I don't think anyone would disagree with that. It was stated during the Content Creator testing and unlike Giscard, Plarium decided to release him as is just under two-months ago.
Now he is being nerfed into the ground. The A3 skill has had a 33% damage nerf, does half the healing, and will be used 1/3 less often since it will be on cooldown, while the A1 ALSO has a 1/3 damage nerf...
Everyone who got him invested in him, many did so VERY recently. Most of those people would NOT have invested in the champion had he been released in this state...
This is shady. If resources flowed like water, or you had a refund mechanic, it would be disappointing, but given how expensive resources are, how ubiquitous all of the ads are enticing people to pay money for them, doing this so close to a champion's release and to this large a degree is just shady.
I honestly expected better.
Nerfing his (to powerfull) A3 and making Urogrim from "overpowered" to "good" is - of course - not possible. They have to nerf the other skills as well, making this champ, that was build by many players who used their resources on him, directly to a useless vault inhabitant. Great job! Can I get my epic books back?
I do not have this champ but where is this info coming from I could not find it any where 😟
Here's Hellhades video on all the buffs and the Urogrim nerf.
I would like a free BEK in place of my 800 gems, 4* and 5* chickens, 13 epic books, and pots please. 🙂
He came out of the gate OP, all the content creators videos were about him being OP on the test server, that was the time to nerf him. Not after everyone spent shards specifically to get him and poured a lot of time and resources into him. I normally accept nerfs, games need them, but with how this character was rolled out and treated, I feel like some type of refund/replacement is in order.
If you sold the resources needed to max this champion in a pack (including a void shard to pull him), it'd be over $250.
Alternatively... give him a reasonable nerf like making his a2 not work on himself and leave everything else as-is. I'm fine with changing a character to be a strong team player instead of a solo artist.
For those asking for your books and chickens back, I should probably remind you of all the silver it took to roll his gear, to speed tune the other team members if you're running him in a comp, all the energy it took to level him, and all the time it will take to do that with a new champ...
There is simply no re-fund for needing to completely re-design from the ground up a Dragon or IG team...

Hellhades doesn't mention the increase in cooldown on the a3, which in my opinion is the real nail in the coffin.
