Hey, guys! We are still collecting data from the Arena. It might take some time for the Tiers layout to rearrange itself according to the recent adjustments. Now is, perhaps, too early to make safe assumptions about whether the fix works as intended.

How about actually patching the arena to make it possible rather than turning the game off for 10 mins and back on again then pretending to have changed something.
