You just have to look for the right combination of stats and substats along with sets. It seems daunting but look at your options. You have speed sets, substats, main stats, on everything except ring and amulet along with lore of steel and perception gear. It doesnt happen overnight.
I know from now on I'm only going to use the primary stats HP%, DEF% on gloves, chest. Its mutch better than non %
Ok so if we are going for an arena team i would go...
Seeker ( put your best speed gear on him )
Warmaiden ( loads of accuracy )
Kael for the nukes
Mountain king for the lols and clean up.
i'm always use zolatha, for the big schield buf. And Mountain king haves a lot HP and have a very strong hit.
You have TWO 6 star champs
You have TWENTY-TWO 5 star champs.
This is why you are struggling..
Your good gear is spread across too many champs
You spent all your silver on +12 upgrades and have very few +16
You can't do any dungeon20s because of the above, so the gear is of lower quality
6star gorgorab, apothecary and a 5th and you have a dragon20 team
Arena has 3 different strategies.
1st strategy = Speed Nuking set up
The goal of the set up is to have your team go before enemy team.
Than you try to kill the enemy team in 1 shot.
2nd strategy = Defensive/Resistance set up
The goal of the set up is to have your team go after enemy team.
Than you try to tank enemy strongest hit.
Than you try to deliver a deadly counter attack of your own.
3rd strategy = Stall set up
The goal of the set up is to have your team win the fight by causing the enemy to quit the fight.
Stall set ups can go before enemy team or after enemy team depending on the type of Stall it is.
The main job of a stall is to be annoying and dragg out the fight.
The aim is to be annoying enough to frustrate the enemy into surrendering the fight.
The set up you should use is a Speed Nuking set up:
Leader: Gorgorab - Speed Aura
1st move: Apothecary -----> Turn Meter Fill + Increase Speed
2nd move: Gorgorab ------> Turn Meter Fill + Increase Attack
3rd move: Waramiden -----> AOE Def Down
4th move: Kael -------------> AOE Nuke
The reason why is because you only have 2 level 60 heroes on your account.
A speed nuking set up is the easiest of the 3 set ups to run.
It is because you don't need all your heroes max level in order for the team to function.
You only need your damage dealers to be max level.
The rest of your team just needs to be fast + accurate.
Moutain King is a great Arena Champion.
Most players built Mountain King to be on a Defense/Resist set up.
You also have a lot of good heroes to help you pull off a Defense/Resist set up.
The problem is none of them are max level.
Defensive/Resist set ups are tougher to pull off because enemy teams get the first hit on you.
You need all your heroes level 60 + Fully built.
Otherwise, Your team will not handle the enemies big nuke.
A Defensive/Resist set up you can try in the future could be:
Leader - Zelotah - Resist Aura
Enemy Trigger Passive: Seeker ----> Increase Defense
1st move: Seeker ------------------> Turn Meter + Increase Attack
2nd move: Zelotah ----------------> Shields + C.Heals
3rd move: Mountain King ---------> Single Target Nuke
4th move: ? ------------------------> AOE Provoke/Stun/Freeze
I'm not sure what heroes you own in your vault which do Provoke/Stun/Freeze
You would need 1 as the final champion in that team composition.
The truth is the Defensive/Resist team you have access to is very strong.
Seeker - Zelotah - M.King are very strong in general on Defensive compositions.
The only issue is they can't really shine till they are fully built up.
Once, the team is fully built up.
You might decide to run the Defensive set up over the Speed Nuking set up.
It might offer you more victories over all.
J gave you great advice for an arena team, you can start using now.
Those same heroes are probably your best bet for dungeons starting with dragon.
Apothecary lead
Gorgorab (heal/revive boost)
Zelotah (heal/shield)
These 3 will carry your other two, kael (only other 6star) can double as your poisoner depending on his acc. Your 5th could be warmaiden if you rank up. Not sure who you have booked or how many books u have, but that is important.

kael 1 (60) have all books, warmaiden also. Zelotah all books. Gorgorab haves 2 books. Apothecary haves all books.
how much acc must Kael have at least?
Getting the rights stats and getting artifact sets takes time, for noe dont concentrate too much on gear sets unless you gave what you need in a gear set. Use any pieces that you have to build the best possible champ.
For accuracy... multiply the stage of the dungeon by 10 and you will have your required accuracy. Dragon 20 = 200 accuracy.
You have a Martyr in there a Miscreated Monster a MySalad. God, you have the champs to dominate all dungeons and arena and Clan Boss. You even have a Maneater so your on your way to an unkillable team. Farm Dragon dungeon, over and over again, you will move up in levels and soon be doing stage 20. You have the champs, focus on getting the artifacts.
