Okay, update. The dam broke. I think it's because everyone is trying to gather forge materials, so everyone is putting in crappy teams, letting themselves get knocked down to Bronze 1 and then hitting Arena like crazy. I hit Silver 1 and 2 in the same day, beating teams that shouldn't even be in Bronze 1. This is great news for all of us that have been stuck for months and months.
