If this is for the achievement, this is a known issue. This will be fixed on patch 2.3.

This issue still occurs and it's both on pc (win 20)and my android (samsung note 20 ultra)

I've logged off,rebooted,Reinstalled game,(both pc and cell,)and it just insists to pop up and mock me :(
