It certainly doesnt feel like an actual community thing it's a hit and quit for most the newest players are gonna be sitting at 100 points the whole event if they're unlucky (Most are that unlucky) I for one lost the urge to even bother spending money on the game at this point the event boss was that tipping point. 

Its certainly doable without being a spender, but you do need a well developed account.  Overall not a fan of it though.  Every other coalition event has had ways for EVERYONE to cap the rewards.  Community events should be accessible for all players.  

Event isnt fun for end gamers like myself either.  I hit the 85M on all Stages the 1st day and now Ill just sit and wait for 4 weeks.

I had archbishop Pinthroy for heals and block buffs, but couldn't quite hit 85m

Swapped in Elva in 9pc protection. lost block buffs but gained block debuffs and cleanse, and the prot set bonus damage put me well over the top

Not happy with this event, because it is very hard to do better the next round. Unless you have plenty high ranking characters, it is for the average player not possible to do multiple rounds with a better result.

So for me I halted at the first four stages, unable to do better in each one of them. So after the 1600 points I will sit out the next four weeks. Not worth the time to try to do better.

This one was close and w/o Fyna resetting Kro'Khad, I probably wouldn't have hit the 85M.  I have tried a few other comps and the next best was Kro'Khad, Shy'ek, Lydia, Kreela & Dark Kael, but it came up just short @ 84M.

I am at 10,400 right now.  If we make it to the 2X multiplier, I am good.  If we don't, I will work on my Stage 5 team in the final week to try to max out the rewards.  I'll throw Diamant in Protection, Thor & Suwai in 9pcs Merciless (If I have enough Barbarian Accessories) & Uugo in Feral and see what I can get.  I have tried variations with Skraank & Altan.  I don't really have any other good options for this stage.

Fenax will give you block buffs unless you have his active skills turned off.

I turned off his A2 & A3 for my runs on that stage because his A1 does more damage than the other skills and I just let Mash steal the Inc Atk Buffs.

Feels like we make it.  Points are increasing steadily...one way or another...

Still got plenty of time.  That is one of the nice points about the event I suppose.  Time vs reward ratio is quite good.

It was a days-long crawl to get from 1.5B to 1.6B, but the jump from 1.6B to 1.7B seemed like it was almost overnight.   

Yep. I get the complaints (sort of ... lol). But the reality is if u r early game you aren't gonna get all the rewards.   Splitting into an easy and hard mode so you get the 1st 10 % of rewards for appearance sakes is asinine.  I'm also guessing half the people giving up and crying on day 1 are just too lazy to move gear around.  This is fully understandable. 😆 

Guessing I should hit the threshold if I put in a little effort.

Unless your first pass was awesome, it'd be silly not to work the teams. The rewards are pretty solid for just needing to swap some relics/gear, build a team preset, and then run it a few times.

I wouldn't be over 10K w/o stage 5 if I hadn't spent some time tweaking the teams for Stages 1, 2 & 4.

Most beneficial changes were (1) Switching Mikage into 9 pcs Protection & (2) Venus into 9 pcs Feral.

Far from awesome 😆 presets will definitely help.  Was dreading manual runs.

Need to find 2 hours to knock em out all at once Otherwise my gear will be all over the place.

I always forget to swap back... need a reset all champs gear button to "baseline"

While I appreciate the fact that there is a whole page of presets just for this Coalition Event, it is totally asinine that they can add a page of presets for this and won't add one for Siege.  

My big problem was right from the jump if you didnt have the champs you were just shut out.  No way to grind anything to hit personal milestones, just sol. 

You dont like all encompassing arena presets that work correctly only sometimes on defense anyway?

While I agree with this for the most part, I just re-looked at the points.

If we hit the 2X Multiplier, which now seems likely, any player than can achieve a mere 500K on all 5 stages will have 1600 points, which is just enough to open up the rewards.  If you can do a mere 2M on stages 1 & 2, and then 500K on the rest, that would be 2800 points.   

Yeah its definitely worth doing as much as you can.
