Since you brought this thread back, I have invested the time to do full clear on Sintranos every rotation since this Post, and my Karnage is up to 5 star, which is what I wanted for the Acc/Res. Of course, I'll happily take the speed that comes next, but I really wanted the Acc/Res.

This rotation has the Fayne Epic Group for S19 that we were discussing in a different thread, so time to see if I can build a 3* Fayne strong enough to 1-shot that Marichka.  Guessing that I'll have to resort to the stun-set nonsense though.

However, are you sure you can pull multiple 6* Awakenings? The in-game text specifically says the Karnage Awakenings are One-Time rewards:

I am curious to know and have confirmation. I just got my second hard CC chest after getting Karnage. The first one had the avatar and the second one had the frame. So, do the 1 time rewards always drop in a chest in the order that's displayed? I figured that you would get the 3 star before the 6 but since they look like full souls and not partials. I just wanted to plan that perhaps hold off using the 5 star soul in case I get a second Karnage.

1. You cannot get a 2nd Karnage 
2. One Time Rewards do not always drop, and you can actually go many chests w/o any.  One of the most consistent Sintranos clearers in my clan still hasn't gotten his Karnage past 3*.   
3. I believe that the "one-time rewards" from Sintranos can drop in any order.  In GF, the text specifically says that they drop in order, but in Sintranos that text is absent.  IIRC, I got my Karnage 3* before I got the Avatar Frame, but I am not certain.

1 shot. Then full auto. No stun sets (testing for clanmate that didn't think possible.  No masteries except fayne.

This is the team I used. It's slow, Morag's the only one who can hit worth a damn, but they all have 4k-6k def and 400+ res, and just shrug off anything that gets thrown their way. Melga didn't even use a revive

Well done.  Melga + Gnarl makes this one of the easier rotations IMO. 

Oh, note that when Trips talks about having 2 karnages, he's talking about one on each of his accounts. As others already said, you can;t get 2 karnages on the same account.

Oooooooooooooooooohhhhhh.......... I was wondering since he's a "special" champion like Marius which really screwed with me. I think the thing that put doubt in my mind is that unlike Marius, he isn't listed in the "empower champions" tab under the Guardian Ring. I have never seen one before but that didn't necessarily mean that I didn't miss a +1-4 Karnage somewhere.

They have said that they will introduce some way to empower the reward Mythicals at some point, but no detiails have ever been released.   

The first time i used this team i learned its a lot easier and less frustrating to build crazy high defense instead of using 3 stun sets and taking 300 rng runs
