Unfortunately, the Rebalance to Fjorad still has him looking like a Vault Mythical to me.
His kit needed a rework, not a double-down on freezes and the Anti Gaellen Pact weirdness. Stoneskin is so prevalent in PVP that planning to use a Freeze Toon is a losing proposition. Just a totally dumb buff.
Myhtical Books are way too hard to come by to waste any on him.
Togron's buff looks decent, but I don't have him, and of course, they aren't touching any other Legos again this month. I give up. Trips wins.

There should be no more lego buffs... ever. It's just unnecessary with the barrage of new free champs. It benefits older players but terrible for newer players.
Hint: new money > old f2p
Also, is there truly such a thing as vault mythical? How does he do in FW? The only thing that trumps my gear>champ mantra is MYTHICAL
