However, the thing that was throwing me off as far as thinking it was just gear was that the healing was happening when I hit him versus when he took a turn.
Must've been a combination of gear & a relic.
It was a 3v3 fight and the rest of the team was dead, and I was struggling to kill the Pythion before he cycled turns and revived everyone.
I crafted this one yesterday. Anyone use it? It has a very nice group of stats, but the core function seems like garbage? Yeah. Chatting with a clanmate, I think I was misreading the core effect.
I was reading it as up to a 50% chance (at L18) on a weak hit to proc a random effect from the listed effects: skill cooldown, buff remove/steal/convert.
However, my clanmate said that it is not correct, and the core relic effect is based on the effects of the skill of the toon....so on a weak hit Fabian's A3 would still have a chance to reduce the cooldowns, or Rae's A3 would still have a chance to remove buffs...while Thor's A3 or Fabian's A2 would not gain anything since there is no buff manipulation or cooldown manipulation in the skill itself.

However, clarifying that if I put that relic on a toon that does not manipulate cooldowns or enemy buffs in any way, the core effect of the Relic does absolutely nothing?

My first Mythical Relic. No idea how many Mythical Pulls it took to get here, but quite a few. This ought to ramp up the damage for my Titus Squad in Hydra.

Howling Guardians? A Relic that mitigates a bit of Boss Damage, but only activates once per team? As in once for the whole battle? If that is correct, this will surely land on the list of Relics that never get used....

not once per battle; as in one copy per team. even if multiple champs have howling guardians equipped, only one will activate.
Forged my third Mythical Relic tonight, and it's a good one; however, I have a couple of questions about it for the Mods.

(1) Padraig's A2 Restores Destroyed Max HP and applies a Continuous Heal Buff to all allies. The way I read the Relic Effect is that he would not apply the Fervor Buff for either of those Actions. Is that correct?
(2) Arbiter has a conditional heal on her A3 that only heals allies if their HP is below 50%. Is the Relic Effect procced by the skill itself having a heal? Or only if the healing actually occurs?
(3) Same question in relation to Siphi's A1.
(4) Predator's A1 heals by 30% of Damage Inflicted. If he evades a skill and Counterattacks, will he apply the Fervor buff to himself even if he hasn't taken any damage yet?
(5) If you are facing a Solanar, who steals all heals, will the Fervor buff still be placed by the skill or only if the heal occurs?
I am wondering if I should be looking at this only as a source for extra speed versus a way to realistically gain the Fervor Buff for PVP.
