1) at this stage shall i focus more on SPEED rather than other stats no matter the rest, to raise at around 180?

2) apothecary: better raise speed and tanky stats or better already in relentless even woth lower stats

3) HH optimizer seems great, used for a cuple of hours and showed some improvements: better focus on the stats upgrades rather than sets (as per past post somebody already said) 

4) what's about RES or ACC though? Shall I aim to something better right in this phase or with SPD I can cope for the Dragon?

5) can SPD be enough to solve many other frustrations?? arena, team arena, tower o clan bosses?

You have like, four threads asking the same question. And the answer is the same each time. You have a more than sufficient roster to farm Dragon 20, and that's literally all you should be doing for quite a while, collecting gear, and doing daily/advanced quests, building up your food, and waiting for opportune times to use shards.

Alice, Morag, Criodan, Geomancer, and Apoth if you need him, though eventually you should be able to just put Coldheart instead. That'll get you through Dragon, IG, and probably FK as well.
