The fact her freeze (with Nic) can't bypass Stoneskin is an immediate SKIP for me on the Fusion then.

Also, I really wish Plarium or some CC had a place to see detailed info on Stoneskin's mechanics.

I know Wukong's A2 Sheep can't be blocked by Stoneskin (but can be resisted). However sometimes I even wonder if Stoneskin's 50/50 Removal Chance actually prevents that Sheep sometimes (if the Stoneskin procs the Non-Removal it also blocks the Sheep maybe)

Honestly the stone skin shouldve been built like that from the getgo: reduce damage by 85% but you can still apply debuffs through it

... what? You're saying the effect of 4 pieces of gear should be 1 turn of 85% Damage Reduction at the start but you can also be CC'd and Debuffed? I don't think most people would do that unless maybe it was protected 100% and not 50/50. Also that's not what OP was talking about at all, we're talking about the Debuff Prevention of Stoneskin, no one mentioned Damage Reduction...

Ya 100% protected works fine, let debuffs pass after resistance check, but keep the innate damage reduction it has now

As it is now its garbage at the core, everybody knows it, the topic has been chewed to the bone by the CCs long time ago yet the garbage set persists, and now its been in the game for so long, whoever bring the topic up is the weird one

Oh trust me, I absolutely hate the set. That's why anything that bypasses it is a big deal, like what I had hoped Noelle would do... 

The 50/50 Removal is my most hated thing, battles decided by a coin-flip instead of strategy is just bad design.

At this point knowing Plarium they'll announce a change to Noelle's A3 either midway through the fusion or after it ends like they did with Wyrmeater 

I trust Plarium that all will be fixed  (shame on me)

But I do own a Sir Nic   so absolutely need to go for her  fusion   .  For  my account

maybe pair  up with a  man eater  / Odin / Hellicath   or any other   block damage  toons  to see what crazy combos   can work ..  Also   throw   in a  Tormin for  giggles

The very nature of Stoneksin would make me think that Lady Noelle would NOT be able to freeze through Stoneskin. Who ever came up with the idea that it would either doesn't understand Stonekin or must have some sort of information straight from Palrium or out of the game code. 

The only debuffs that work through Stoneskin are HP Burn & Bombs.  

Sheep is different.  The Active Sheep skill of Armanz & WuKong does not work through Stoneskin, it overrides it entirely.     

If Lady Noelle is suppsosed to be able to freeze through Stoneskin, that will actually shift my opinion of her substantially.

Mods?  Any definitive answer on that?  

I agree.   First I've seen of this being considered a potential bug.  I don't think this has any traction nor should.

And as for allowing debuffs to land on stoneskin to nerf it a little... ridiculously dumb suggestion... lol

The bomb meta is enough.  I vote for removing komidus from live arena though.

What if Lady Noelle DOES end up freezing through Stoneskin, that would bring Pyxniel into the Meta! Maybe that's the Dev's evil plan all along, making Pyxniel matter LOL

LOL.  I have three Pyxniel sleeping in my vault, so I will be ready when that happens.  Pulled the third just last weekend.

I honestly hope they don't just keep throwing out things that can cut through stoneskin. Otherwise it will just turn back into, "The fastest team wins." again. I don't enjoy getting into that race and will not spend my time and effort in this game trying to win that race. 

I wish. I have a LOT of Pyxniels. Sadly though, Freeze just doesn't work this way. 😭

At first glance you might think she'd ignore Stoneskin but it doesn't actually say that at all. It just says her freeze will ignore any [Block Debuffs] buffs. This isn't the same as overriding Stoneskin.

Also I wish Embrys the new Mythical from Chimera was guaranteed to remove Stoneskin but he's not. Even his remove stoneskin skill still rolls the 50/50. 😅 😅 

Fundamentally, stoneskin, especially with lightning cage, is a binary equation. It's either strong enough to prevent you from dying, at which point it fulfills its role of slowing down the meta, or it is entirely useless. Mechanics that allow you to get around it just push things more towards the latter. In a perfect world we'd have a rock paper scissors setup, wherein stoneskin teams lose to regular teams that can focus more on offense but without needing to worry about going first, which in turn lose to fast teams. The problem is that there is no downside to just getting 4+ stoneskin pieces, especially with accessories in the mix. Maybe the solution is to just remove the 4 piece bonus...

I agree that they never should have added it to accessories. Up to that point there was a trade off for getting 4 pieces unless you had some phenominal stoneskin items. 

They need to make some sets that compete better with stoneskin. If there was a really great reflect debuff set out there I might consider that one that for the first two rounds refected unblockable debuffs back onto all the attackers. I would put that on some champions in a heartbeat. 

50/50 to remove Stoneskin and turn it into a 50/50 fear is a great troll by the devs.

I can see where the OP is comming from. If we take the skill description then it is perfectly logical to assume that Lady Noelle will go through Stoneskin. Armanz' skill says "cannot be blocked" and her skill says "cannot be blocked or resisted". So her skill is more than his and should include his capabilities, right? The answer is in the buff description of Stoneskin:

There it says that Stoneskin gives Immunity to all debuffs except Bombs and HP Burn. So her Freeze cannot go through. Immunity overrules her "cannot be blocked or resisted".

As a matter of fact, according to this, Armanz' A3 shouldn't go through Skoneskin as well. Stoneskin gives Immunity to all debuffs except Bombs and HP Burn, and Sheep clearly isn't on the list. And nowhere in the debuff description of Sheep (or the skill description of his A3) does it say that it can penetrate Stoneskin:
