apparently  the  issue  is  wide spread  when  you  read  comments  on  the  YTers  saying  FREE  code  for  ALL  =  go  to  comments  and see  not  so

UPDATE    I  was  watching  a  Skratch  video  and thought  =  Heck  PG  go  back  in game and talk  to  your  SC  rep.  Once  in game  I saw  my  mailbox had  red  dot  =  Promocode  worked  and  I  got  the rewards

Guess   'processing'   actually  ment that  and  had  to wait

Yeah when you see it say Processing at times you need to restart the game and potentially wait a little bit then try again. I just used it fine, but I have had that issue before in the pass that I got the Processing bug.
