It takes the "choice" of who to get to 6 out of my hands, otherwise I just procrastinate and do nothing lol.  I get enough essence from IT and events to still do a mix of both.  Just got wukong 6star on main in shop.... unfortunately a day early.  I was lucky to get siphi 6star on alt during last tournament :) Alt has ridiculously better pvp roster.... some actually built :)

With cursed city the random 4/5* epics have come in handy plus over time (at least if you assume infinity) the stones are better value than essence :)

Do bear in mind that it goes from 0.75% to 1.5%. You're still *very* unlikely to get even a single 6* soul.

Thats the same logic people use to not save ancients for 2x.... The middle stones have a good bump I think.  I have 8 of those plus coins to convert

Oh don't get me wrong - now that they have a 2x, I'll certainly never use mine outside of one. I'm slightly miffed that they explicitly said they WOULDN'T be doing these, though I'll grant that statement was made a long time ago, and things change.

Same... though this was inevitable.  As there will certainly be a "better" 2x down the road.  But factoring in the NPV to the EV with a 2x plus tourney easily pushes my utility function into YOLO land.

The real question in my mind is - is it best to save these soulstones for a path event.

I'm saving for sure.

Seems to be a path event during and after each recent fusion, one for fusion resources and another for soul.

Choice: Shadow Legends is the only true way left, too much to do otherwise
