I have been saying the exact same thing. This game is clearly geared for a quick cash grab without the care of it's survival. The costumer support is absolutely atrocious, packs are all over the place, energy cost per run is insanely high, same with the prices for EVERYTHING(crystal refills, gear upgrades/removal, premium packs{900 crystal shard pack}, etc..). People don't mind grinding but when you screw them at every single fork in the road during the grind with no appreciation for them doing so, that's when people quit. They absolutely need to ease up on some of these wallet squeezing techniques or the game just won't last. The reason why summoners war has lasted for 4 years and is still growing is because they cater to f2p people very well with easy to beat events, and lots of free crystals and energy, just to KEEP us in their game and still playing it. Because when you close a game because it simply doesn't want you to play until you cough up money, most people will just uninstall and find something else. I truly hope the dev's take these suggestions well, they did a good job of making a good game, now they just need to work on keeping people in it for a longer term commitment.
