There are so many things wrong with this game that need to be fixed. So much money spent by me and others. How the hell are you going to help us make it any better? Why is there only 1 moderator trying to answer "Bug Reports?" This 1 moderator won't help or even Reply to everyone's comments. I've seen comments that haven't been answered yet and they are posted back in friggin February of 2019. I have not yet seen anything fixed with any updates. I've not yet even seen one of these so called "Technomancers." Plarium is a bunch of crap liars. They would make much more money if they did what the Bug Reports link says it's there for. The link for it says:
"Have a game bug? Report it here and watch our Technomancers squash it."
Barely any comments get a reply from any of these Technomancers. All the 1 moderator does is ask for screen shots. A lot of players are running this game on their phones, as am I. We can't even add screen shots from cell phone versions. There is no option for it. This game has LOTS of these bugs. Makes people like me think Plarium devs don't even care about it's customers at all. This is sad. This is an awesome game but everyone seems to be getting screwed. If we pay to play, this game should work correctly, like the instructions say. It's almost like stealing. I feel bad for people that use their own credit cards to buy stuff and some don't get what they pay for. There are players noticing gems disappearing and silver the same. Something needs to be done before someone takes their screen shots and info to authorities and lawyers. It's pretty bad when this stuff happens to such a great game. This game is fun in the beginning. The more we progress, the worse it gets. The best thing about it is the graphics. Looks to me like Plarium only cares about how their next commercials will look. I've recently read some comments about the game crashing on them and nobody is helping fix these bugs. Anyways. After leveling up so far, Plarium, to me, just looks like greedy thieves. I've spent lots of money in RAID. Progress Missions don't all work either. So what's the point of progress? It's getting worse and worse...
