Update on Banned Accounts Problem

Hello, guys and girls!

We have started to unban the accounts that have been erroneously banned recently. We are still investigating the cause, though, and the unbanning process will take some time. We will provide the details in tickets with these users.

Just a sidenote: the accounts that have been unbanned did not lose any progress in the first place. Now we are working with those that were banned earlier and lost some progress. 

We will keep you posted.

I hope you guys fix it as soon as possible. Am running almost 6 hours unable to log into my account. Please unban us so that i can finish dragon tourny on time..

I am gettting really upset now. I finally got back into the game, but it like my account was reversed back two days ago. All champs, artifacts were upgraded are gone. Silver , gold battle pass, new lego which i purchased yesterday are all gone even if the money are going through from my bank account. The point and energy were using during dragon tourny are all gone.. If you guys are not fixing it right. I am done with this game. Spent so much money into this game and got alll this messed up..

Same thing.   Also dont have raid pass I just paid for or my maxed battlepass I just paid for.

My gold battle pass which I bought is gone too. Will it be refunded?

Hello!  Been banned all day for buying the Gold Raid Pass plus?  My concern is the lost time I had in my double xp,  and my lost opportunity for tournaments and even the day on the pass.  I’m sure you guys are on the right path to making it right... but please dont forget the people getting hurt here are the ones who gave you their money, not people who could have possibly logged in in the middle of the night during maintenance.

I spent a over 200 dollars on the game the last 2 days including the lvl 100 gold battle pass and multiple packs. I lost all of that but plarium took my money. Not to mention 2 days worth of progress in arena and tournaments and upgades on gear and characters and ascension. If I’m not fairly compensated today, I will file a merchant dispute with my bank. Furthermore, whatever compensation was given out, I never got because my mailbox was filled up with junk that I used as food at some point but THAT stuff was given back but not my 60 wyrmking or high Khatun or tons of books and potions and arena points I used. Please do something for everyone. It’s gonna take a lot at this point.

As a side note where is my gold battle pass that was at level 40? Ironically I have a receipt saying I bought one at the release date and u gladly took my money yet now you take it away?

I am not a p2p, but after a full day of ban I get a rollback and no mentioned compensations (for the ban and for the mentioned downtimes). Ingame support does not load at all (waited 5 mins and saw only the loading circle). Your policy of treating the players (banning for your mistakes) surely describes what you are. Way to go plarium, epic company.

Hello. My account was banned from yesterday afternoon till today morning. All my progress from two days is lost. But most important: i bought Gold pass yesterday before you banned my account, and Gold pass is gone, you took it from me. You took my progress in Gold pass. And i had champions vault full of champions rank 3 and 4. You took it vault is empty. And you are giving me as your apology 1 and 2 rank champions, two or three 3 rank (rare) champions which i already had before you banned my account and then you took it from my vault.

my account was banned. today is the bann time over but my gold pass and my full pass for level 100 is not at my account. i buy both before i banned. do you have new information for this problem for me?

And I'm still banned...none of my tickets have been responded to (other than automated response)...none of my emails have been responded to.  In 18 hours...

Unbanned finally but still do not have my raid pass active and still do not have my level 100 battlepass active.  And yet to get a response that isnt automated.

Was banned for ten hours, when my account was accessable again,Two days worth of progress has been lost, clan boss rewards, clan activity rewards, shards dropped from dungeons, potions, masteries, equipment upgrades, equipment drops, the rewards from my battle pass, my battle pass I paid for and my time. I'm absolutely furious at plarium, the compensation comes nowhere near to what I've lost.

I am still unable to get onto my account have put a lot of hours and cash into this game and would like to see my game back with everything that I had earned back still waiting since update and no word

" We will provide the details in tickets with these users" implies some response to the tickets.  I've now submitted 6 tickets and have gotten no response, much less any details.


And my ban has been renewed for another 24 hours...

When i will get back my Gold pass, which you took it (during the time when my account was banned by you)? And of course my champions, but most important my Gold pass?? It takes too much time....

The sever keep shutting down every 15mins-half hour! I recommend you guys extend any events just come out! What’s the point to open a broken sever to public. Failed management!

What to you mean no progress was lost? When I was finally Able to get into my account all my progress was gone all my energy I used to farm potions, level, and everything else the game makes you put time and effort into. I bought the full battle pass got my Wurlitzer king to 60 ascended all the way and also got magus for the fusion got all those guys to 5* just needed to fully ascend the orc one and I would have had the fusion leggy but no I got the ban and lost a whole lot of progress. I would like my account to be fixed plz.
