Sorry Cirilla, but a beauty Sikara is not. 

She is a Defense champion, yet all of her damage is based on ATK. Her A1 is single target, requiring a high crit rate to be of any value. Also, her A2 and A3 skills have long cooldowns, 5 and 6 respectively, and are going to take a lot of tomes to reduce. She has no aura, and her passive requires her sister Alika to be on the team. Very disappointing. For a start, how about changing her damage scaling from ATK to DEF?
