Love your game as well - and I really like what you are trying to do with this by rewarding veterans ... but why not just add another option with players who joined after the beta in the same run? Like 1 Ancient Shard 1 Day xp boost and 500 energy? It's not much and ofc you make it impossible for a new player to get there where some veterans are with these rewards, but that would have been a nice incentive for more ppl even to join this game

just my two cents, just find it sad to push the veterans even more than doing something for newly joined members

all in all I am also curious how this game will evolve over the next months and if it is worthwhile the time =)

I may just started play this game for a week but I'm really enjoying it. Bought a few packs and still discovering new stuff every day. Yet this is really discouraging. Some of my mates just started playing two weeks earlier than me and they got two void shard while I got nothing. Feels bad mate. Really bad.

I know it's good thing to reward the loyal players but hey the new players like us also deserve some love. This game already has a long learning curve and it is kinda difficult to getting started. Especially if you don't spend. Yet what you did here further dis-encourage new player like me to give it up. 

I totally agree, and this is the problem with all tiered games. Rewarding a select group just causes a further disparity between players and discourages new players that will never “catch up”.  Yes give them a bonus, but not one that gives such an advantage that you basically kill off any prospect of new players. If you create this kind of business model, you’re only cutting your own throat in the long run.  I just joined a couple weeks ago, and I’ve spent some money to get some boost, but it’s still very disheartening to hear “Hey all you guys in the lead, here take another advantage so everyone else will never catch you!”
