and just because other games have done something..

Perhaps if Plarium had not changed the rules, allowed alts and abuse of game 
..taken limits off of war, done bait and switch.. allow troops to continue training with rum cellars dry

don't blame the many players for not being willing to waste there time in a rigged game to get an achievement designed to gouge money

the fact that there are over 750,000 havens started
and less than 2250 active havens of which there are probably less than 1000 individuals playing,
should be a wake up call.. we are playing a failing game.. 

Squeezing a lot of money out of a few players, 
rather than having 100,000 players spending a little all the time is not good business,
ahh, but the only point was to sell the company for 500 million dollars

and why is everyone quoting everything TO DEATH..? that is so lame..

What you say is true to extent

 The game is based on achievements and one of them that is needed is War Achievement 

the other is Challenge achievement ....

What many don't seem to get even if you lose you get points for doing this, both sides 

Ive noticed Pirates not one brotherhood is even close to having the 10 achievements to get their own flag

yet in other plarium games these achievements are finished ....
