эта ошибка у кучи игроков в океане. У нас в ордене так же некоторые кепы сидят на 99% закгрузки большедыух недель  и тех.поддержка просто молчит, получали айпи бан и так же им вернулись войска с колонии и полный спектр багов которые описала Елена. 

My CM cannot investigate an undeterminated "bunch of players". Елена Гусева says that the Support sent her here, so there is a ticket. I asked for that, and I got no response.

As for 99% loading, that has nothing to do with bans. Try clearing the cache or reinstalling the app.

Have the russian servers been re-opened?  If so, then why did plarium create this problem with bots by shutting down their servers,  and then inviting them all to invade these servers and games?

Apart from full uninstall and reinstall, I don't have another suggestion. You can ask the Support here for further assistance.

First, what do you mean by "consolidating accounts"?

The rest of my response is under the assumption that it's some way of removing the usage of alts.

Second, the IPs are of no use. One can use VPN and/or Tor to cheange their IP for each account, while - at the same time - you'd ban legitimate users of same networks, i.e., those coming from public networks (libraries, schools, dorm rooms,...) and family members (I've encountered many husband/wife/kid(s) combos during my time here). An average player might not know these techniques, but the bot operators will know them, so you'd remove live players (both the legit ones and the ones using actual alts), but keep the bots.

Third, I'm afraid that - without alts - the game would die altogether, as there are simply too few people left playing it.

Take account 1 and consolidate into 2, account 2 into 3 and so on. AND I thought PLARIUM was an APP, not a BROWSER game anymore. IP's are 198.162.1 then 198.162.2 or similar for each internet connection. So one account each. The autobots are server specific, so monitoring them would be easy for someone with KNOWLEDGE. don't play stupid. 

Consolidation will never happen, nor should it.  In your scenario, let's say 160 accounts from a bh were consolidated into 1 account, and let's say each of those accounts had 200 million offense and defense.  Consolidated, that would be 32 billion offense and defense.  Do you really want something like that running around? LOL.   Why should mass cheaters be rewarded with monster  size accounts?  What would stop the few actual players behind the automation from making more accounts after this consolidation happened? There are potentially  a few new players that could join, do you just ban all new accounts forver, effectively killing the game? As a player who has been here since the day the server opened back in December 2014, I have seen it all and watched the evolution of the server for almost 9 years.  I understand the frustration with these automated accounts, I really do.  In the end, it really just comes down to one simple thing.  You have 2 choices.  Evolve and adapt along with the game, or become extinct.  The choice is yours.

you are correct I have tested it my apologies. now I have a new task in life to see how big I can make the island without building an Observatory 

Probably quite a bit.

However, without Observatory, you cannot train troops because you cannot research them. No Observatory means no sketches and no map coordinates means no trading.

You can get some troops for free and via non-PvP tournaments (Exp, Upgrade, Prizes, even Brawls), but I imagine that it would be too slow progress to make it worth it if you're trying to built up hidden and then pop up as a strong heaven. I could be wrong, though. Never tried it.

Of course, you could buy millions of rubies and end up with significant force of ships that come with those packs plus buying some at global discounts, but that'd be quite pricey, and likely not worth it.

just going on every few hours I got to lev 18 but can't do any more than you see, the problem is I now have Armada and Dread units and the rum is emptied fast.

You cannot have Smugglers' without Observatory? That would help with rum, fairly cheaply.

Доброго дня!Игра вне политики.Сюда приходят отдохнуть,получить удовольствие от игры. Очень печально,что для отдельно взятых пиратов это не так.Жаль,что несут политику в игру,оскорбляют.Остров играет почти 2года и такой смешной паспорт.Я не утверждаю,что это бот,но выводы напрашиваются. Его многочисленные письма в личку пиратке(девочке) нашей команды -это провокация разжечь ненависть между народами.Сложилось ощущение,что он не играть пришел.И весь сыр бор из за сбитых захватов).

Обратить внимание наверное нужно на то,что сюда пишут противники которые проиграли в битве или в войне,или кому  сбивают захваты,или кому не нравятся чьи-то атаки,обиженные жалуются сюда чтоб противника забанили. Но посмотрим с другой стороны.В орденах по 160 островов-неужели в каждом ордене играет по 160 живых человек,нет конечно,у игроков есть альтернативные острова,с которых и делаются битвы и очки и многое другое.Даже в битве ,если с самого начала орден вырывается вперёд-неужели можно поверить что вот даже пятая часть ордена -30 человек в пятницу в рабочий день сидят и поджидают начала битвы чтоб играть?).Нет конечно!У одного или двух игроков-есть альтернативные острова,с которых они играют,или включается программа. В таком случае,надо проверять ВСЕ ордена в океане и  на наличие альтернативных островов--как советовалось  выше.Совет такой -  чтоб игроки не могли заходить с одного железа на разные острова,а альтернативные тут у всех и у тех кто жалуется тоже они есть. И хочу обратить внимание,так же как правдоподобно смотрятся очки в начале битвы,потому что игроки бьют цели и это видно в турнире,так же правдоподобно смотрятся и  похожие названия островов-может быть это группа людей-друзей  командой перешли на Plarium Play и решили сделать специально похожие названия,чтоб иметь отличительную черту.Так же если даже совершенно не знакомые игроки будут делать острова в течение нескольких дней подряд-то их острова становятся в ряд-это тоже должно быть понятно,а с конца января зашло очень много людей,и если друзья собрались и сделали в один -два дня себе по острову,то понятно что они встанут рядом,и ещё так  же многое что может быть похожего у друзей на островах. Так что прошу проверять все ордена в океане, а не выборочно на которые указывают некоторые игроки,так как у них скорей всего личные счёты и неприязнь.Некоторые игроки,которые играют больше времени на каком-либо сервере,пытаются установить свои правила игры,и если кто не согласен играть по их правилам,на него тут же поступают жалобы на форум с просьбой забанить.И получается что тот кто жалуется сам имеет и альтернативные острова и включает программу,но он знает что можно пожаловаться и противника забанят.Получается  не справедливо,права должны быть для всех одинаковые!Проверять всех или никого!Хочу заметить что игра военная и в неё играют соответственно.Есть другие игры -где растут огурцы,картошка,выращивают животных,там никто не атакует и не обижает. Можно играть в неё тихо и спокойно.Надеюсь на понимание.
