Hello I would like to report a bug that hinders me from getting my rewards from events I have taken part.
From this link it is visible that massive battleground carnage keeps calculating and calculating and I am not able to get anything

Still "calculating" and nothing else happens. That was a good reward including 5 banshees etc.....

Yep seems the whole event has disapeared I happened to win there 5 banshees etc.....Hurry up and screenshot this entire thread before it is removed.

I was waiting the rewards of the battleground carnage... i have lost thousands of offensives units in order to win legendary units and king's elf mage, and after serveral weeks it just vanished from my event list ... no rewards, no legendary units, no king's elf mage no nothing .... are you kidding !
You just cannot erase an event like that ! will you erase the thousands of offensives units i have lost ?
we had a gift, but it will replace the rewards i have won on this tournament ...

The issue could be resolved only by closing the tournament. Unfortunately, in this case, the rewards are not credited to accounts.
As a solution to this issue, we launched a compensation on January, 4. You should receive it as a gift in the Events window.
