At the moment, the full-screen mode can be quitted in the settings. Go to the "Settings" tab on your PC and click the "Full Screen" button there.

I can confirm that no hidden buffs or nerfs were made either to Disc Launchers or Graviton Beam. However, upon similar reports from the community, our team has found the technical parameter that has been causing such an impression.

Hi! Could you please tell me more about the issue you've been experiencing? Is it connected with the mobile or the desktop version of the game?

Please follow these steps:
1. Open "My Computer" > Local disk (C:) >  "Users"
2. Display hidden folders: https://bit.ly/3b6QJlu
3. Open the hidden "User" folder > AppData > LocalLow > Plarium> Completely delete the "Mech Arena" folder
4. Open the hidden "User" folder > AppData > LocalLow > Unity> Completely delete the "Plarium_Mech Arena" folder
5. Run the Plarium Play launcher and wait for the updates to be installed
6. Open the game: My Library > Tap "Launch"

Your progress isnt lost, its just not the correct Plarium ID

When you go in game on Mobile, go to Connections, click create a Plarium ID, that will then be the account/email you use on Plarium Play that is associated to your mobile game account.

Otherwise you'll have to contact support and have them link your game account to the Plarium ID you previously made. Them doing it like this is dumb but whatever.

In short

YOU MUST Create the Plarium ID IN GAME

If you create an account on the forum or the website it WILL NOT be connected to your Mobile game EVEN IF you Link social accounts to it.

Also, it seems that the Plarium ID and your Email address ARE NOT the same thing, so you dont have to make the Plarium ID your email address.

I really ask you to support external controller for this game. Thank you for your reply.
