What really pisses me of that we always get false information. First they say 'removal event' will now happen regularly like once a month. Then they pretend like they didn't say anything like that, stop asking for this Event, it's not gonna happen the next weeks...

Same for the EM Rifles. We could clearly see that there were 5 Variants in the game. Then they release only 3 and say the EM Rifle comes in these 3 Variants. And after the big spenders invested into the later/now useless 6 and 10 energy versions they release the 8 and probably the 12 aswell in the next few days

Please let me know where this schedule was posted so that we could see the root of the misinformation.

BAAB, as always, I thank you for your passion and enthusiasm when it comes to topics that worry you the most. As I mentioned before, there is really no schedule when it comes to Implant Removal Discount and currently, I do not have any updates in this regard. 

However, we will repeatedly bring this topic up for discussion and I will make sure to let you know as soon as there's any news. 

Don't thank me if you're going to completely gloss over what I said. Did you even read a thing? And I don't care about your discord "community outreach" discussions because you get to control what conversations happen when, not the community. How am I supposed to believe you're reaching out to the community only now, when you have historically receeded from the community, ignoring us more and more. Several content creator shared this information the days before the last event referring to 'their community manager'. I don't have a screenshot handy right now and i'm not gonna search all discord groups and youtube community posts for it (maybe the had to delete it anyway...) but me and my clanmates remember this very well. Maybe they misunderstood sth...

Everybody could see that there were all 5 variants before they were announced officially. U don't wanna tell us that u changed your mind and just recently decided to release the remaining two aswell... so saying the EM Rifle comes in 3 variants was clearly a false/ misleading information. U could have just sayed 'for now it only comes at 3 variants'. Obviously u add new stuff regularly and make some changes in your decisions but I highly doubt that is wasn't your intention to release all 5 variants when you released the first 3

If that were true, then Plarium wouldn't have any problem with changing it from a-coins to credit WITHOUT changing anything with the current credit system.

You can't say that the current system of Implant replacement is set for careful planning when you can only store 5 mechs.  It doesn't make sense.  I can "carefully plan" for 5 mechs for Arena.. but that setup will not work for 2v2 or Capture Point.  And you know that.

Instead of charging a-coins just to swap out setups, a more fair system would be either 

1) Change the currency to swap out Implants.  Make it cost credits instead of a-coin.  (again, WITHOUT changing the current credit system)

2) Give us the ability to store 10 or 15 configured mechs.  At this time, we can only save the configs for up to 5 mechs.  So your "careful planning" can not even be applied when by the flaw of the game design, the player MUST reconfigure the mechs every time depending on the game being played (arena, 2v2, capture point)

I would really appreciate any screenshots you can share in order for us to see the potential root of the misinformation. 

Could you please describe in further detail the abstract about EM Rifle? It is true that EM Rifle has more than three Energy Cost variants and I am not really sure where it was claimed otherwise 🤔

There are no plans regarding the change of the Implant Removal currency. Nevertheless, I will make sure to forward your request and your point to the team.

The concept of multiple "preset hangars" has been voiced by players before and their introduction is being actively considered by the developers.

The community's dissatisfaction with the cost of Implant Removal is a topic that is regularly featured in the community's feedback. As soon as there are any changes to this system - you can be sure that I will let you know.

Really, dissatisfaction with implant removal cost frequently comes up? I couldn't have guessed. I assume that "as soon as there is any changes" comes with "if there is any".

I guess you've forgotten about trying to justify it one way or the other. But I've forgotten about trying to get you to justify it. Not because I think the devs made the right decisio, I've made it quite clear I don't. But I've realized you just don't respond to that. I'm going to continue to insist sommerging is done about it.

No Plarium is too busy banning players like myself because I got a refund from Google play for a crap weapon, that I didn't like. I was going to buy something different but got instabanned the second they detected I was taking back the $15.00 I spent, before I could buy something else. Greedy company just lost $79.00 I was going to spend. they lost a $60 profit because of their policies  if ya ask me.

On the contrary - the current system of implant replacement presupposes that only people with money will be able to interchange them.

Yeah I don't know what they were talking about with game balance. I can't see how being able to change your implants to suit your playstyle will unbalance the game.. Anyone who gives you that kind of answer without explaining the details is truely trying to avoid addressing it completely. 

It would be nice to at least get the 90% implant part recovery, they just recently had, if you purchased the season pass. Like a perk to getting the pass. That would entice more people to get it. A win win for everyone.
