Hello! Paying in Mech Arena is optional. It speeds up one's progress and provides early access to the novelties, but it doesn't guarantee winning.

No, I'm not. Technically, Mech Arena is not a P2W game, so I'm just highlighting this fact and explaining why I think so.

I'm just going to say this in the most respectful way possible. If you aren't paid to be arguing then you shouldn't be when nobody asked your opinion. Nobody came here to argue with the community manager when they're just describing their negative experiences in game and how they feel.

Just so we're clear though if you wanted to insert your opinion when those arguments are best to be had amongst players not associated with plarium let me explain why your opinion is meaningless.

First everyone associated with plarium, whatever the opinion is, has the same opinion why mech arena isn't pay to win. What is considered pay to win is partially subjective. While not exactly it's a matter of what can be tolerated. You wouldn't be know that if the only people you talked to was plarium employees.

Second the line between what is and isn't acceptable is just below whatever plarium is doing at the time. In other words, you move the goalposts.

Back just after launch when everything was available for in game resources on the progress path. The matchmaking was purely XP based so as f2p there was a high chance you got put against p2p, who had a significant advantage against the much lower power f2p. But every item could be obtained with in game resources so the seemingly official opinion was it's not p2w because that.

In those brief windows when all META items are available for in game resources in the gear hub the argument becomes mech arena isn't pay to win because you can obtain everything META for in game resources.

When that changes, like now that deathwalker is the best mech in the game better than surge and Eclipse your argument is the current opinion which most items are available for in game resources in gear hub.

So again stop cause nobody even cares what you think in this regard. You're welcome to describe your own experiences. That is if you still truly play the game. Say something that goes like "sorry you feel this way [...]". But nobody wanted your opinion. That information is worthless.

Well I know for a fact you're not sharing your point of view. I don't believe plarium employees are allowed to have a public point of view that differs from the official one. So you may as well not have any.

Let me reiterate to you why THE OPINION OF PLARIUM IS WORTHLESS AND HELPS NOBODY, since apparently I didn't make it clear with my last response. It's now become a stupid game with no sense whatsoever, not even the slightest hint of fun. All the weapons are hook-and-forget. No, this isn't a game, it's a hodgepodge that leads to total confusion. This isn't a game, it's a stinking mess of spoiled food. It's better to leave it, if you think your tactics will get me to spend money... AUHAUAHAHAH, poor guys, you're so obviously greedy... basically, your cunning will soon lead you to the end... rebalancing, rebalancing, how useless... it just shows your complete inability to design a game.

Mech Arena is a 200% P2W game, I'm sorry, but we have enough intelligence to understand that, the whole game pushes new players to spend crazy amounts of money, only to then see BALANCE NERFINGS AND REBALANCES. USELESS, but simply designed to make everyone nervous and make us spend money on a game that gives the player nothing.

I love this game however making it to the point of you have to buy this 100$ weapon and buy this 100$ mech just to be able to stand a chance in any of the modes, all this game is is a ponzi scheme, everyone at plarium has become corupt there playing Monopoly with our hard earned cash for the fact pay our outrageous prices for upgrading you hanger so you'll stand a chance orr get literally gang rapped by the opposing players that have obviously payed some serious dough making it not user friendly it's all about plarium. I hope to see this company fold due to lack of players refusing to purchase to win for a few matches it's garbage

The game caters to payers not players.  Simple as.  One of the support people encouraged me to sp drop lol.  Instead of fixing the issue they just said abuse it. 

Well, technically people who pay for everything make the game possible to exist - they are definitely not making sustainable revenue from SKINS..

I'm not gonna try and defend Plarium's mnitisation (I've been banned for saying that in the past lmao, not taking my chances) - they're not much better than the average mobile game.

Also pod gun isn't really a p2w weapon, certainly at lower tiers. The 8 and 10 are both available for credits. They're pretty strong, maybe the homing range is a bit overkill, but I wouldn't say they're OP.
